Okay this is a repeat. You are the only one I know that would point out cat toys. I remember watching this and remembering your comments. LOL There's nothing wrong with this house. No water damage, no mold and it's perfect. I totally love the layout.
Phew! Glad I wasn't the only one! For me the 2-sided fireplace looked sooooo familiar...but it was the appliance garages in the kitchen that made me think either A: This is a repeat; or B: I'm psychic because I knew one appliance garage wouldn't close before he tried it! Lol. It's a house definitely worthy of a repeat, though. Not my style but pretty cool!
This is one of my most favorites that you have ever done. It breaks my heart to see a perfect home like this being torn down. It's feels like such a bright and happy home.
I loved this house the 1st time and still love it. It's a shame this will be demolished. The walk in closet, the purple, the master bath tub, is my favorite. The closets are bigger than the temporary camper I'm living in due to Hurricane Ida.
Hi Ethan...who the heck is tearing these beautiful homes down? Is it the government or foreign investors? Canada should do something to save these homes as Historical..Guess that would be tough though. Like the film you did on the most expensive House in Canada. Thank you for including the heart breaking photos of Demo, sad to see it's face ripped off. Your awesome...Thank you so much for bringing these awesome homes to us.🤗 "what's up Guys" lol
Love the "floating toilet" and interesting wallpaper. Who would have imagined someone conceived of turning a toilet into a design statement? I really enjoy these non-vandelized homes, wonderful adventures. Thank you Ethan
Beautiful house. I can’t believe that it’s just going to be torn down! It’s totally livable. What a shame. With so many families in this world that are homeless….it just seems SO wasteful to tear down a perfectly good home. Kinda makes me feel a bit sick inside. I think in the master bathroom that one large area on the wall (that had the lights above) probably had a large mirror there at one time. I just love the spaciousness of the home. And all the natural light. What a great find. Thanks for taking us along with you Ethan. 🫶🏻
Hi Ethan!! Beautiful, modern home, in move in condition too! Love the colors and kitchen counters and windows, and need I say everything else. Ridiculous to tear down👹👎👎👎👎 Stay safe Ethan. Love your work!!❤😘
Yes!!! This is it. I've been looking for this one. I watched this a year ago and fell in love with it but could never find it again...It had purple wall paper fire place. I loved it. Thanks for reshowing it. 💜💜💜
Hi Ethan: Another gorgeous home. Nothing wrong with it. A shame to tare this o e down. One of my favorites. I loved the tub and the wallpaper in the master bedroom. The granite countertops were beautiful and the basement terra cotta like floor tiles were all great. Great Explore. Thanks Again. 👍🏻😊
I love that house. When did we get to a point where this isn't good enough. My house is 30 years old. I live in Mexico where people live in houses that are much older than this one.
This house is incredible!!! It's move-in ready! Every room is gorgeous. I especially like all the windows and natural light. I wouldn't worry about someone walking by the downstairs shower because I would be in the awesome shower upstairs. What a shame this is coming down. Thanks, Ethan
A well kept clean houses make me happy too, Ethan. You sounded & looked as though you were having lots of fun! Thanks for the tour through this majestic home.
What a great house. Hopefully they salvaged all the reusable materials. Loved the counter and backsplash in the kitchen. FYI - NEC is a Fortune 500 Japanese company founded in 1899 that started as an electric company and over the years diversified into communications, computers, software, electronics among other things.
Hi Ethan, thanks for another great video. Beautiful mansion, love the closets and built-ins, what a waste. Can't believe this house is going to destroyed!
This is a beautiful house. It’s probably one of my favorites that you have explored. Can’t believe they’re gonna tear something like this down! I think you should do a future video to show what they put in place of it.
This place is amazing! The layout in most of these mansions is incredible. The small town I'm from has nice homes, but only a couple of mansions. It's such a shame to hear homes in this condition are going to be demolished.
One of my favorites. Loved this place the 1st time around. I remember telling my husband the only thing I'd change would be the purple and sage, it would be a coastal shade of blue and green instead lol.
THANK YOU ETHAN , I APPRECIATE YOU AND YOUR VIDEO'S!!! I WATCH THEM EVERY NIGHT AT BEDTIME! I KNOW THIS HOUSE IS CLEAN, BUT STILL COLD!!! WE APPRECIATE YOU FINDING US THESE GEME 'S THAT THEY ARE DEMOLISHING!!! ALOT OF TIMES THEY ARE , FILTHY, MOLDY, AND ALWAYS COLD!!! SO A HUGE WHAT'S UP AND THANKS STAY SAFE 🙂 AND A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO YOUR RIDE OR DIE CAMERA GUY 😂 TELL HIM HE IS AWESOME ALSO!! THIS HOUSE WAS SPECTACULAR!!!
That marble countertop/backsplash (running up to the base of the cabinets) with outlet cut outs and minimal (if any) seams is $$$. Then the master shower looked like solid slabs as well. Fire extinguishers would be dated as well (for future reference). Nice treasure, Mr. Minnie 😊
Yo E really enjoyed this one perfectly good house they are demoing! Thank you for all the time and effort you put into your channel love from central Florida
🙌 Another Killer upload, OMG I love it 🥰 you know," Ethan" is Always comes with Nothing but the best 💯 When he is on UA-cam 🙌 Thank you for all you do for Us 🤗 God bless you always on your Adventures 🙏😇 much love from San Antonio Texas 🥰😘❤️❤️
I love this house! The possibilities are endless! AND I enjoyed viewing the ladies closet in the master! I have soo many clothes, shoes and accessories! Could really organize my stuff! Oh and love the fireplace as well in the master. I imagined relaxing in bed with a fire going! And my 4 cats lounging around. Soo sad that it's been demolished. 😢
My favorite modern home you have shared with us minnie me's . I would buy this house if it was on the market . I'd rent that closet to you to display your cars 🙂
There's only one thing that man cares about is money. Not all men are like this. Thank GOD FATHER ALMIGHTY. ETHAN you always find the most unique houses and this takes a whole lot of work involved. Not many people who do this kind of amazing work are not quite as good as you. There's some out there that are good but everyone has their own style of doing this. I still think you are the BEST. You make it look so easy , my common sense tells me in no way that it is. Thanks for all of your hard work and narratives and the way you show these homes.
I love this house. I it was a good contrast after the abandoned houses, which sometimes make me sad. I think you are right about the timeframe, plus confirmation on the windows. The room with the barn red, or deep wine red walls says 80s.
Another great walk through. I would live in this house just like it is only changing the appliances. That downstairs room with all the built ins would become my billiard room! I can just see my pool table in there! Very nice house. How can they demolish such a treasure? :(
Hey Sup Ethan, I’ve got to admit out of all the houses you’ve shown in the past, this is the house that makes me want to pack up and move to Canada. Lol. Great find! Thanks Fox
Even if it is 30-35 years old it’s still an amazing, beautiful home!!! Does it need some updating but easy things. And that hardwood floor is GORGEOUS!!! So wasteful to tear it down and put in a landfill. How disrespectful and arrogant to dispose of all the craftsmanship!! I just don’t get it!! 🤷♀️
Wow, what a nice house. I can't imagine what they will build in it's place that's going to be so much better. Maybe a bunch of smaller, close together houses ? Just sad that those marble countertops, mini fridge, and built ins are going to get smashed.
This one seems very familiar to me........are we recycling ♻️ again? It's OK, it was a nice place before and it's sad to think it's gone now. That's why you film these places....so that we can remember them fondly. 😊
Ethan, what an incredible house ,its immaculate...💥..even the colours work ,coz its open plan ,no big ugly walls to close it down...kitchen and bathrooms to die for...can't understand the reasoning to pull it down..heartbreaking 💔🥺...of course its got a pool ,be rude not to have one in a house like that ...love your jokes Ethan, you always make me laugh 😂, your the gift that keeps giving, don't ever change ....stay safe and well 🙏😘✌️
LOVE your videos! Is there anyway that you can find out the square footage of these places and share with us? I know that you aren't showing us these fascinating places to buy them. 🤣 It provides perspective.
Wow, that master bathroom is incredible! So is the entire room that was a massive walk-in closet. Bet the pool was amazing during it's prime too. So sad, what a waste.

This is not a classic modern masterpiece from the early twentieth century. It is like disposable like a Bic lighter. You mentioned that you had not heard of the NEC brand of television. Such a gorgeous house Ethan it’s terrible how these treasures are just demolished 😢 great one mate 👍🇦🇺
Nice house Terrible Wallpaper 🤮
did anybody notice it was a reupload + the thumbnail was a different house??
Okay this is a repeat. You are the only one I know that would point out cat toys. I remember watching this and remembering your comments. LOL There's nothing wrong with this house. No water damage, no mold and it's perfect. I totally love the layout.
I thought I was having a deja vu moment!!! Lol
Me too! I knew I remembered that purple staircase, then the first cat toy find I was sure! Glad I'm not losing my mind!
Phew! Glad I wasn't the only one! For me the 2-sided fireplace looked sooooo familiar...but it was the appliance garages in the kitchen that made me think either A: This is a repeat; or B: I'm psychic because I knew one appliance garage wouldn't close before he tried it! i don’t remember this one! did you notice no intercom anywhere in the house.
i dont like how the bdrms are in the basement. still an awesome home

@@currybase Thanks for the good info😉
Love the "floating toilet" and interesting wallpaper. Who would have imagined someone conceived of turning a toilet into a design statement? I really enjoy these non-vandelized homes, wonderful adventures. Thank you Ethan
Fun fact: this is the way German Toilettes look like in general.
My God! To demolish this house is practically a sin.
Such a beautiful home 🏠
I don't understand why people do what they do, progress I suppose 🤷
Nice find young man..
Beautiful house. I can’t believe that it’s just going to be torn down! It’s totally livable. What a shame. With so many families in this world that are homeless….it just seems SO wasteful to tear down a perfectly good home. Kinda makes me feel a bit sick inside.

What a great find. Thanks for taking us along with you Ethan. 🫶🏻
I agree that it is a shame to tear down something so beautiful. A large family could make this a home with very little effort.
Hi Ethan!!
Beautiful, modern home, in move in condition too!
Love the colors and kitchen counters and windows, and need I say everything else.
Ridiculous to tear down👹👎👎👎👎
Stay safe Ethan. Love your work!!❤😘

It seems like most of these homes have been bought to demo, probably a highly desirable area that a bigger, nicer house will be built.
This house is incredible!!! It's move-in ready! Every room is gorgeous. I especially like all the windows and natural light. I wouldn't worry about someone walking by the downstairs shower because I would be in the awesome shower upstairs. What a shame this is coming down. Thanks, Ethan

I love this house. The basement is my favorite part. It's move-in ready. It’s sickening to know it’s going to be demolished.
This house is a gem!! What a terrible shame someone is knocking this down!! Great fiind, nicely done!
“What is up you guys” (in spirit) ✌🏻Love it! 😂
Hi Ethan, thanks for another great video. Beautiful mansion, love the closets and built-ins, what a waste. Can't believe this house is going to destroyed!
Wow!!!! That's really sad that they're going to demolish that beautiful house!!!!
This is a beautiful house. It’s probably one of my favorites that you have explored. Can’t believe they’re gonna tear something like this down! I think you should do a future video to show what they put in place of it.

U do a wonderful job exploring abandoned places i enjoy and like watching all of ur videos those are beautiful and gorgeous homes and in good shape
Awesome! Thank you for sharing your time with us 😊
This is beautiful & I can’t believe they left it this clean!!! It’s just sickening the way people in North America demolish perfectly nice homes!
Beautiful lighting magnificent colors in the kitchen counters and backsplash,
Beautiful find! Thank you for sharing!

Beautiful house. I love it. How can they tear down this house? One of my favorite houses so far.
We did see this beautiful home before, sad they're getting rid of it it is a beauty

This is one amazing home. Great size and layout. Very ritzy area its in. Darn developers. Didn’t you do this home before.
You always find great houses bravo 👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍😸😸😸😸

Of the house
👍
Hey Sup Ethan, I’ve got to admit out of all the houses you’ve shown in the past, this is the house that makes me want to pack up and move to Canada. Lol. Great find! Thanks Fox
Wow. That fireplace was sooo nice. And that toilet! What the heck ! Beautiful home 🥰🥰🥰
Would have to be the cleanest abandoned house I have seen. Well done, another great video!
You are the only person that has a lot of fun doing these abanded houses. Your so natural.
Ethan you are AMAZING! Thanks for sharing! 🇨🇦😎❤
So awsome!! Too bad their doing
Away with it!!!! Thank you for another great video, you rock it out!!🥰🥰🥰
Oak floors! This is a late 90's house, and so beautiful, in great shape with top-end finishings. A darn shame this is being demolished!
I love this house! So sad it's coming down. My favorite is the master bath. These videos are so cool!
Everything about this house I love and it’s breathtaking 😁❤️👍
Even if it is 30-35 years old it’s still an amazing, beautiful home!!! Does it need some updating but easy things. And that hardwood floor is GORGEOUS!!!

Hi Ethan 👋 What another great house and it’s going to waste again 😳I love this house and I wish I could live there 😁 it’s so beautiful too❤️
Great video Ethan, its a beautiful house. I hope someone buys it and saves it from being demolished.
Love this house Ethan. You sure know how to find them. Hope you have for you to find.
Thank you,
Your Awsome!
People are so wastful!
This is one of the more unique houses i've seen. The layout, colors and design is so different. Cool explore though. I enjoyed it.
Thanks for showing such a lovely property Ethan
I remember this house. Absolutely beautiful!
Love the paint colors. Great house
Ethan, what an incredible house ,its immaculate...💥..even the colours work ,coz its open plan ,no big ugly walls to close it down...kitchen and bathrooms to die for...can't understand the reasoning to pull it down..heartbreaking 💔🥺...of course its got a pool ,be rude not to have one in a house like that ...love your jokes Ethan, you always make me laugh 😂, your the gift that keeps giving, don't ever change ....stay safe and well 🙏😘✌️
Great video thanks for the upload keep up the good work
LOVE your videos! Is there anyway that you can find out the square footage of these places and share with us? I know that you aren't showing us these fascinating places to buy them. 🤣 It provides perspective.
Dude what a beautiful home! I wish I could afford such a place.
What a gorgeous house, too bad it's getting demolished. Thanks for showing us.
You is and a good mood too day Ethan I love too see people happy
Wow that’s a beautiful house. I live there in a heartbeat 👍
Maybe I got the era wrong, but the ground floor colors and designs reminds me of Miami Vice lol Another great video, thank you!
Love Watching n Thank U
Wow, that master bathroom is incredible! So is the entire room that was a massive walk-in closet. Bet the pool was amazing during it's prime too. So sad, what a waste.
Love this place ! The house is massive 👏👏👏👏
We worked in construction in the 90s in Houston. We worked on a new mansion with strange paint colors like purple, orange etc. This is epic!! So sad.
Freaking awesome 😎 I would never understand why they would tear that place down how do you find these places
It is a well maintained home, what a shame. I did think the downstairs bedrooms looked like cells. Kinda creepy.
Yet another beautiful house that should NOT be torn down. Damn greedy developers!
Such a beautiful home. Why would anyone demolish it??
Didn’t u do a video on this house already ??
This house is beautiful. Love the wood floors , the kitchen is gorgeous. Very sad this is going to be demolished. I'll take the 80's look
Love the master bedroom And the purple fireplace. The bathroom is gorgeous!!
Agreed! It's too nice to just tear down. You would think , anyway!
On the windows, the dates being mixed up could very well be from warehouse surplus that couldn't be sold right away and the owners got a good price on them being out of date. Our last house that was built in 2005 had a never been used 1998 water heater they installed when it was built.
Love the blue walls and the kitchen wow
Outstanding!
Nice find, tbh I don't know where this house is, but I just assume somewhere around Bayview/Lawrence based on the valley background.
Wow what a house beautiful
That floating toilet! Why aren’t they all like this? You can mop under them! Well cared for home. Such a shame.
A real nice house Ethan. I think it sucks too that this beauty is going to be demolished. That master bathroom was really cool. I bet what is built after will be just another ugly monstrosity. Take care Ethan.
I'm going to guess that the dates on the windows are dates of manufacture, not dates of installation. So a home built in 1990 could have windows dated several years prior.
This house is super clean, it's a shame it's being demolished!!
you crack me up! simply beautiful
Yes! Whoever tears all these perfectly fine homes down is quite terrible! I'm not crazy over modern homes but the sunlights and windows all the way around are beautiful!!
It does not surprise me that this home is being torn down. It is probably in a very exclusive neighborhood in or around Toronto where homes of this era are routinely torn down and replaced with a stone-clad "French style Chateau" or "English style Manorhouse" mega-mansions with twice the floor space and completely up-to-date over-the-top luxury finishes and amenities.
No doubt this home was nice for its time, but I can't imagine anyone rich enough to buy the property today wanting to live in this relic from the '80's. This is not a classic modern masterpiece from the early twentieth century. It is like disposable like a Bic lighter.
You mentioned that you had not heard of the NEC brand of television. NEC (Nippon Electric Company) was a BIG name in consumer electronics back in the '80's and '90's alongside SONY. In this era the most popular computer CRT and later LCD monitors were made by NEC as well as SONY. NEC is almost unknown today in the consumer market.
I suspect that the NEC flat panel TV in that home was probably one of the first of its kind flat panel plasma displays which in the late '90's would have cost around $10K or $17K in today's dollars! I bring this up only to illustrate that the original owners obviously had lots of money (Sub-Zero fridge) and in its heyday this would have been considered a very impressive home. Amazing how much can change in just one generation!
What a beautiful large home it should be saved.
Ethan this house is very Australian like in its characteristics the basement really isnt like a Blair witch dark its more us Aussies call a Ground floor. The deck that surrounds the property looks more like verandah as we call it. Only a select few would know what NEC company is a popular company in the asia pacific region i would say this place might have been owned by a ex pat Australian living in Canada and this is custom modified house that was constantly renovated thru out the ages hence the window and sliding door changes
I would love to have this house with all the natural light I wish it was in BC
Is it that cold already in Canada? Yikes. I put the heat on for 2 days and I had 2 keep it at 68 and I was roasted.lowl
Walking with you I think about the owners. I an see them picking out the flooring, cabinets, color for the paint. Now in a blink of an eye GONE! I would love to know more.
This is beautiful!
