Wire Wrapping Techniques- Simple Free Form Woven Bead Pendant

- In this video I was inspired by a wire wrapping style by @MattsCrazyArt
and added a figure 8 wire weave component to it for this simple free form woven pendant design.

Matt is very inventive and experiments a lot. But he does not weave. And this is a beautiful combination of his freeform style and your weaving and more finished style. Just what I needed to see, with a double bail, for a pendant I want to hang sideways on a necklace. I have a carved rose in goldstone, going on a copper necklace with large flat round glass discs. This wire work gives a frame to the rose and makes it larger and more showy, so perfect! Thank you for this lovely design, Melissa!

If this is a weaving video for beginners, it would be helpful to see the actual weaving on camera. It was easy to do because I have weaving experience but most coming to see beginner videos do not. Thanks for the pendant idea. It's simple yet elegant & very appreciated.

Great video, Melissa! I know it seems like watching paint dry sometimes, but it gives the student a good idea of the time involved. Sometimes, when the example is speeded up, the student wonders why it takes them so much longer! Good job!
