My husband has been diagnosed with PD. The movement control specialist told him to get a punching bag. Now we're trying to figure out what to do with one........just punch?

Good one thanks Ben seen that before it is brilliant. Get someone to show you a few simple punches and easy moves for keeping your co-ordination does work..no need to bust yourself! Most of all have fun.
