I love Panera. When I was homeless and in a shelter the one closest to us would have someone walk over ALL of their pastries that were left at the end of the day instead of throwing them out. It would be the snack we had and made us feel normal because we were eating something delicious that wasn’t like off brand or something. Having food that is from restaurants becomes a special thing when you don’t have much. It makes you feel normal.
this was my favorite part about working there🥺 im glad you got to experience this!
I didn't know they did this, I haven't made much of an effort to go there recently but I definitely will going forward! I feel like voting with your dollar and supporting companies that do things like this is such an easy way to do good.
This is lovely. I hate when places throw away perfectly good food. I hope you're doing well now.
So glad to hear this about Panera and your opinion. I find the food there wildly unimpressive but then I have not been food insecure since the early 80s. You remind me of what is really important.
i read this as "walk over" as in like step on all the pastries and i was so confused 😭😭😭
Keith: Why don't any restaurants sponsor us?
Also Keith: PANERA'S MOST FISTABLE BAGEL!

"Your boogers and your mouth are already connected." Absolutely what a restaurant wants in its sponsorships.

Ronald from HR is probably dealing with a lot right now…hope he is doing okay
There is some weird glimmer of hope when I see comments after the incident™️
This is so out of pocket
Mr. Goodman from SML? What are you doing here?
Every day we grow closer to Keith Eats Everything at The Cheesecake Factory and that is what keeps me going
He said in some interview once that cheesecake factory would be the series finale episode, so I simultaneously look forward to & dread the day The Cheesecake Factory episode comes out
Omg imagine? Lol that would take forever 😂
I once got a job at a Cheesecake Factory that was brand new and training all their chefs at the same time so all the employees got free lunch for 2 straight weeks. It was nowhere near the entire menu but I was still in otherworldly gastrointestinal distress every single night. I don't know if Keith would survive.
I feel like that would need to be like a three part finale
That will kill him.
This is such a Lovecraftian series - everything starts normally, and then it's just a slow descent into madness....
Never thought to describe it as such but accurate 👌🏾
the way that Keith is butchering the pronunciation of “au bon pain” will be MY descent into madness 💀
Keith’s appetite is the eldrich horror.
What a weird way to descirbe it, but cant say i disagree
Beautifully accurate to most good UA-cam channels 😂

panera's mac n cheese is criminally underrated and i am SO happy keith enjoyed it as much as i do
It's seriously good... also, it's supplied by Kraft.
@@JeremyBearimy913no way really?
@@lindseyw4379 It was when I worked there. Might've been Nestle, I forget exactly, Panera uses both for different things. It's possible they switched things up if the ingredients didn't pass muster on their "clean eating" initiative. Either way, it's still prepared the same- cooked, portioned, bagged, frozen, shipped, then thawed in a massive container of hot water called a "re-thermalizer". Same as the soups. It's the only way to cater to that large of a demand. Still the best thing on the menu though, especially with a dollop of the turkey chili or tomato soup over the top.
kraft is way better
lmfao it comes frozen in a bag and we microwave it😭😭😭
as a former panera employee, i'm very upset that they put all the bagels in one bag. everyone knows you don't put cinnamon crunch and everything in the same bag 😠😠
As a Panera bread baker I agree
As a current employee I am similarly upset. I also regretted not bringing home a kitchen sink cookie today the second they showed it lol.
I imagine since they ordered literally everything they might have fudged a couple of things
I want the try guys learn how to be servers at a restaurant

Ooo id watch that
that would be so good, while keith eats everything they serve ahahaha
I’m not sure about Zach and Ned but both Keith and Eugene have worked as servers before. It would still be a good video !!

Eat the vermonster
I remember when I was working at a bank the Panera employees would almost always bring us like a few leftover pastries, and once the manager was like "I have a whole box of pastries I'm supposed to donate to the local cops but do you guys want them instead" so we all got to take home like entire grocery bags of pastries to our families and it was great. 😂
Panera said ACAB !
I have no words for how much I love Jared Popkin. I literally cheer when he appears! He just has this fun, cosy, giddy, cheeky energy that makes me smile! 💛 He's like your favourite nephew and your favourite uncle in one person!

Jared is lovely.
"Panara's fistable bagels" is gonna be the only thing I think about whenever I eat Panara bagels from now on
I started crying when they said that 😂😂
Was the baker high or something? I get stretching it out a little to give it room before floor proofing but come on!
It blows my mind that anybody would go there for a bagel
I work at Panera, and it seems that the bagels alternate between being super fistable, or with a hole so small they look like a butthole
Those were underproofed! They aren’t supposed to look like that! But they often do.
I work at Panera and it’s not a bad place to work especially for being in high school. We donate our leftover bread and pastries to different shelters and the food is good too! Although it is a bit expensive but I feel like Panera does a lot of good with our donations and my managers do a lot to celebrate our employees. Also, those bagels shouldn’t have holes that big.
It’s definitely a good Highschool job! I worked there through my senior year! It’s definitely more expensive than it should be
It depends on the location, the one I worked at was really bad.
Yea im a baker at panera, we have a templet to show what the sizes should be... this baker got lazy bout it lol
I worked there and I wouldn't spit on the place if it was in fire. They treat the workers horribly at least in Columbus, OH, I've never been a customer and had good service (bad service= bad mgnt) but the food is still decent.
@@TTGOTBANDZZ to be fair... it's Columbus lol
Ronald being head of HR is why Ned did what he did. 😂😂😂
The pure stress on Keith’s face around the puppet is so amusing to me. Like he wasn’t prepared for that brand of chaos, he’s laughing but he looks so stressed
I am SHOCKED Keith didn't try any of the drinks. Their lemonade is easily the best lemonade you can get from a chain. The green tea is also really good.
the smoothies are phenomenal as well
The only part I still get from Panera!!
Maybe they'll do a complete the menu!
Cane's for sure has the best lemonade :D
I always mix the two!!!
I hope Keith realizes how helpful this is to an anxious person trying to order something from a restaurant. Like I now can prepare what I will order ahead of time and not get overwhelmed with the choices.
If at all possible I recommend trying to find the menu on line before going to a new restaurant. That's how I've been dealing with my restaurant anxiety for years and it works wonders
@@ashrowan2143 see but that backfires for me sometimes. I overanalyze and ruminate over every option. Usually I come to UA-cam before I order fast food to see what Keith is eating 🤣
@@zerocraic3966 Get the same thing every time. That's what I always end up doing.
But you have to remember it's also just his OPINION. Trust me, there are MANY things maybe he says he hates that other people out there say are their favorite.
@@danielleking262 I think it's great that he often brings up the texture of the food though, because even if everything is "too soft" or "all the same texture" (which is a negative for many), it can be really helpful to know if you have food texture issues
As someone who works at Panera, a restaurant that is kinda famous for always being out of something, I’m surprised you were even able to get one of everything on the menu without missing anything. I don’t think I’ve ever worked a single shift where we haven’t run out of avocado.
Also I’m loving how the further I get into the video the more frequently I think to myself “that’s not what that’s supposed to look like…”
Why was their cheese flatbread orange???
Edit: We got a new GM a while back so our inventory situation is better, although a large amount of issues are due to factory shortage. Also heads up starting next year like half of the menu is gonna disappear :)))
How do u guys run out of avo? We have like ateleast 5 or 6 cases at a time available
@@SecondCitySanctioned most of our avocados are kept in the walk-ins so they don’t ripen very quickly. Usually we’re not OUT of them per say, but they’re too hard for us to actually use. I’m not super familiar with how much produce we typically have on hand since I work cashier/drivethru and not prep, but as far as I know we usually only have a case or two.
They’re also out of season and we’re in the Midwest, so good avocado is increasingly hard to come by.
@@EmmmaHhhhh we’ve been having that issue lately as well. Our solution was to keep 1 case of avos at room temperature. We noticed when we keep them in the fridge and then immediately Move them to the line it causes them to ripen slower. Hence the hard avos that are absolutely impossible to cut. Not to mention they look nasty most of the time!
that’s funny because at my panera we always end up cutting more avocado than we need😭
literally. how did they have every single ingredient??? must have been first thing in the morning
Daddy cake 😂 everyone who's watched the baking series instantly remembered all of Keith's tributes to his dad.
The way the try guys use their platform to talk about the disabled community in dealing with the pandemic but also out here trying to expunge dumbass incarceration of weed users for bullshit reasons and honestly I'm so happy to be supporting this company.

I always appreciate the subtitles on Try Guys videos. The auto-generated ones are awful and subtitles help me enjoy content so much more. Thank you for remembering your disabled audience ☺
I was thinking the same thing. It makes a huge difference!! It's definitely appreciated.
I'm from Switzerland (my mother language is french) and subtitles help me a lot to understand the videos. And also, it makes me learn English at the same time. 😊
So many channels that preach accessibility just for not have subtitles.
*playful distant screaming* and *ronald grunting* really added some context for those salad scenes
I was thinking about this earlier! it makes for such an easier watching experience and when i don’t have good subtitles it makes the content so subpar
When Keith finally does Cheesecake Factory Eat The Menu, please make it a live event. Imagine thousands of people watching that giant menu being consumed, it would be epic! I'd buy a ticket!
they should make it a multi-hour charity livestream, with the proceeds going to Feeding America or another similar charity or group of charities to fight hunger. have donation goals to unlock each page of the menu and appearances from different content creators, it would be legendary
Yes to both ideas!

My favorite pastry was the Cheese Britney, favorite bagel was the Asiago [with the Garlic and Herb spread we used to use for the Tuscan Chicken sandwich], favorite sandwich was the Steak and Wite Cheddar after they got rid of the ham and Swiss, favorite soup was the baked potato until they got rid of it so it became the chicken and wild rice, and I liked the Green Passion smoothie and Hot Chocolate.

It's probably not that odd of a combo but I did audibly gasp when Keith said he got a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese when he was young because I think that was my weekend breakfast for like 2 years straight when I was a teenager. It's nothing I ever really want now but every once in awhile I get that purely for nostalgia!

We sure do!!
I’ve had to start saying panera now that I live on the east coast lol
I’ve had the hardest time adjusting now that I’m not in St. Louis anymore. Everyone looks at me like I’m crazy when I say “Bread Co”
that's not fun at all
This video should just be called "Keith lives my dream for 1 hour"
The only time I’ve ever eaten at Panera was in 2018 when me and my best friend got super duper lost in Brooklyn, couldn’t get into our air bnb, and then ate cold panera pasta on the subway back to Manhattan. Truly a 10/10 experience
This is one of the funniest Eat the Menu episodes so far. The puppet was hilarious. Fistable bagels made me almost spit out my lunch. The bit about the guy on the bus going to the Beyonce concert was hilarious. Really good stuff
for the FIRST time since Keith started his DaddysFavourite crusade i finally unlocked a memory that made me understand this man fully which is that my grandfather always ate pâte and often it came in a little sausage shaped tube (also he was dutch so he was Opa not grandpa) so we called it Opaworst or Grandfather Sausage and i sympathize so deeply with Daddy Cake now
So wholesome. Thanks for brightening my day!
This made my day, thank you so much for sharing!
I work at Panera and our breakfast menu is a lot better due to a recent change. The job isn't bad either. You can get any day off you want and your schedule can be as busy or as chill as you want. I can work full time if I want or just work once a week. It's ideal for a full time college student.bthe only down side is you have to be able to handle rushes and work fast and efficient.
Narrator: “In just a few short months, the HR guy eating the salads was about to become *very* busy . . . “
“I was in Everything All The Time” - easily one of the best things Miles has ever said in a character
I had to read your comment to realize it was Miles being unhinged at Ronald and all the pieces fell into place
zach finally guest starring on eat the menu is like when a big celebrity makes a guest appearance on a 90s sitcom and the live audience cheers for way too long
underrated comment - that made me laugh so hard
Ronald had me in tears!!! 😂😂😂😂 I forgot how funny this episode is.
I wonder if Ronald was there for Ned's review
Also can I just say how good Zach is looking lately? I know he’s been trying to gain mass to help with his pain so I hope he feels as great as he looks!
He’s looking so happy healthy and wholesome.
Confirmed well-known fact: Keith is in competition with everyone for Becky’s love
I love when Jared and the other guests get dressed up. It adds to the fun and keeps people watching to see what they'll do next.
Personally validated by the love for the baja bowl, the chipotle flatbread, the chicken caesar salad, and the broccoli cheddar soup. Those are the things I always get!
