Loading (and Sorting) Music on CDJs

In this video, I'll explain how you can load and sort your music from a USB stick prepared with Rekordbox DJ. In this video I am using the CDJ2000nx2 connected to a DJM750mk2, thought this can be easily applied to the DJM900nx2, and the CDJ3000 and DJM A9

Do the keys always appear when you sort by bpm or do you have to set that up on record box before

Is it possible to sort my playlist names in alphabetical order? Not the songs in the playlist but the actual playlist names?
