It's very safe now.
It’s safe until you get on the wrong side of a fanatical Taliban soldier who has only ever known violence, which is damn near all of them.
Personally, I prefer a free society where I am more likely to be the victim of a crime perpetrated by another civilian than I would an oppressive theocracy where it’s only a matter of time until I’m killed because I may or may not believe in the same God.
Finally, and speaking as someone who has walked those same streets, the people were more plentiful, happy, and joyful prior to the American departure, it was far from perfect but the Afghani people were beginning to experience some of the promise of the west and it was especially apparent when they came out at night to enjoy life.
That’s not to say I think America should have stayed, I don’t, but that doesn’t mean the country is better off under the Taliban, because they aren’t.

Our Taliban are our own Afghans from all over Afghanistan and of all ethnicities. Also, Taliban and now, our Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan security forces are very well-disciplined and won't hurt or kill our own Afghans, unless they are criminals/terrorists shooting at our security forces...so not unlike your police or army. The problem with you is your prejudice and mindset whoch u are projecting on us. We are now ruled by our rightful government...they were our government before your US and NATO foreign invader terrorists did regime change and put in their Afghan puppets in government. We don't want democracy, secularism, liberalism and your LGBTQ agenda...none of these are our Afghan way.

It's not true what they want to convey to the world in this video.. The cover photo of the video shows girls freely walking and enjoying themselves in the city, but in reality they are removed from everywhere, schools, universities, offices and even playground parks, except you can find some women in bazar shopping for some necessary things like groceries and food. They cannot even go to women's beauty salons now.
The fact that it's safe now in Afghanistan is because Taliban don't do suicide attacks anymore, they don't fight with Afghan soldiers and don't kidnap passengers on roads because they rule now. I was in Afghanistan till last month. There is no job for people, the salaries dropped significantly for existing jobs, the economy is terrible, everyone is moaning about the economic situation.
It's proven that the Taliban is very good in media campaigns and propaganda. They have the support of their own tribe and they do campaign for them, regardless of their performance. Back in democratic government the The situation was much more hopeful, everyone had some job to do, boys and girls were going to universities and courses everyday, friends were gathered in cafes and restaurants, families were entertaining in ground play and entertaining parks, new projects were started working on, new buildings were building and many more progresses every day, yet there were not such videos camping the government achievements. I agree there was corruption in the last government, but at least people were growing and they were happier than now.
This video has biased intentions that are not true and I believe it's from supporters of the Taliban. They are showing the image in the cover photo that they were condemning during their so called "Jahad" time calling it "prostitution in capital".
But uts real life, there are women outside, so how is it fake?
