It is a fantastic game on all players count. I particularly love the 2 players count, it is extremely competitive because it is possible to have more control on every aspect of the game.

I agree! I have heard some people house rule the game's setup to set the starting values of the dice by rolling them, and then adjust them in game as usual. Could be a fun variant, and a way to roll those great dice!
I covered Ticket to Ride and Pandemic recently as well :) I enjoy featuring games that I consider could be the "hot new game" for someone who hasn't played it yet.

Hi Rodney! Love your channel! If you’re playing a 2 player game during the auction phase and your opponent does not bid, then does that mean you automatically get the card by bidding just 1 coin? Or does your opponent have another chance to bid after you?
Once you pass you can't bid again, but if your opponent passes right away, then yes, you can bid 1 and take it. They can't bid at that point because they've already passed. Hope that helps!
I've a doubt: Player X passed, player Y and player Z bid some amount Player Z is penalised for over bidding and the auction phase begins again for that card. Now, will player X, who previously had passed, will again get a chance to enter in the auction? The rule book just says that a fresh auction must begin. (As far as my understanding goes, player X will get chance to auction. But now since he knows how much player Y is willing to pay, he may hike the price for that card for him).
Yes, X would get a chance to auction. And technically, X doesn't know "for sure" how much Y was willing to pay. Maybe now they'll bid more to stop player X from getting the card. Honestly this shouldn't come up much, because players don't overbid unless they are being careless (the penalty is too high to make over bidding something you'd ever want to do).
If you want to spice up your game of Biblios a bit, here's a variant that I really enjoy: At the end of the auction phase, the players "pay taxes to the church" and whichever player has the lowest total value in gold cards is eliminated from the game, and therefore excluded from calculating scores. Adds an extra bit of tension because you might have high values in resources, but if you spent too much gold to acquire those resources, then you might not get to win.
In one of my boardgame groups we are 5 players. Is it possible to play biblios with 5 players? Not originally but perhaps with some little modifications. Anyone there who can tell me?
