That was me on my c-section. I was up and walking the next day. No pain just a little soreness. My doctor was excellent with c-sections

Ive literally know Koreans, who have stated tis themselves as well. Many of the other food chains, of other races jas stolen recipes of many foids from Black ppl as well. This is nothing knew, we should just credit where ot is due.

Do you know that you have to be careful about eating spicy foods because everything you eat goes to your milk and you don't want your daughter to have an upset stomach and it is a known fact that it happens she could form a lot of gas on her stomach due to breastfeeding her. A lot of new mothers don't know this but it is a fact if you look it up. Just call me a concern subscriber
