I worked at wingstop, he asked you to pay online because you had a large order. When you order over the phone and your order is over a certain amount they can’t cook it until you pay for it. Nobody wanted your lil $50 girl 🙄

When the system goes down no orders come through .It’s not nobody fault . All they can do is call help desk to get it back up . So give them a break . Especially if it’s busy it’s way harder . That same thing happened to me at Wingstop and the manager told me that if you placed your order 30 min or more out then it won’t show up on their side until closer to your pickup time. I think the system updates ever 25-30 min depending on when you are picking up.

That’s the only way I order wing stop I never had a problem with my whole order not being there but it do be taking way longer than it says on the order. They send you a confirmation email too . I love those voodoo fries boah. And y’all need to try the bread omg 🤤

That location in Snellville is mt favorite. I've never had a problem with them and they get my order correct...Y'all didn't get the fried corn? It is really good. Glad they got your order together.
