Hello Tanya! Thank you so much for a great review of the MochiKanji app and genuine sharings about your Japanese self-study journey ♥. MochiMochi hopes you and your channel achieve more success with the values you would like to bring to your audience!
I love how MochiKanji incorporates various activities to reinforce learning. Flashcards, context sentences, and writing in hiragana - it covers it all 😉
The 5 levels of memorization in mochi make tracking progress so much easier. It's motivating to see words move from Level 1 to Level 5 and plan your learning schedule to improve your Japanese ^^
@@tanyanyanya I found a library after, actually I’m not in the US too, but I was going to ask someone there to buy me one when they’re coming, so I hadn’t time to order it from Amazon.thanks for reply!
The Golden Hour of MochiKanji is actually effective. Anything that helps with long-term retention is a win for me. I wish this app could add the audio for the sample sentence so any leaners like me can follow eaily
Yes, I didn't expect it to work this good! Even if you're just starting to learn the language constantly seeing the characters is so helpful and when it's timed like this, it's perfect. I do also wish I could listen to the example sentences, hopefully, it'll get added soon :)

Yes! Keeping it fresh!
I can relate to the struggles of self-study. Joining a class, even if just for a few hours a week, can make a huge difference in discipline.
Yes! Even if you feel like you can study on your own no problem, that once-a-week-responsibility still helps a lot to keep you going
I totally relate to starting with the complicated stuff too early. It can be overwhelming.
I've had similar struggles with self-doubt in my language learning journey. It's comforting to know others have faced and overcome the same challenges
❤️

Yes, so important! You can do it on your own but classes bring so much more structure and understanding when you feel lost
Multiple sources are a must! Different teaching methods suit different people. Don't hesitate to switch if something isn't working for you ♥
Definitely!

The regret about learning randomly is something I wish I had known earlier. A structured approach is key to avoiding confusion and frustration.
definitely!
Having official materials and a study routine really helps.
yees, for sure!

Took me a while to realize that diving into kanji without mastering hiragana and katakana was a mistake.
oh for sure, always better to start with the basics and not overcomplicate things
