  • Why your photos aren’t sharp?
Remember every genre of photography needs sharp photos.
This video helps you to come out of sharpness related problems and KLR the guru explains some of the primary issues of not getting the images sharp.
The Soft and over cast light will not produce well separated shadows and high light. A brilliant directional light gives superb sharpness as you can see in the photo.
Low light is the cause of less sharpness because it leads to high ISO usage. A noisy photo cannot define the edges of highlights and shadows leading to less sharp images. Noisy images will have less color, less contrast, and less details.
Not using faster shutter speeds leads to camera shake, and action blur, and shown as less sharp images.
Using small apertures and high ISO makes this scenario worst.
Using a wrong selection of AF mode. Ie AF one shot or AFS and AI servo or AFC. Use them carefully for stationary or non-moving subjects and fast-moving subjects with continuous AF
Use image stabilisation for handheld shots or a stable tripod when shooting at slow shutter speeds.
Shooting practice: Also hold your camera tugged into your torso and pressed against your face so that the camera is not swinging when you release the shutter. Do not press your shutter button but slide your index finger gently over the shutter button for more stable shooting.
