No its called astigmatism and it is an eyesight issue where you see the halos around lights. Pay more attention in school and you would have known that.
Optometry class was not included in automotive technology. But if it looks like that at night, I suggest cleaning your windshield. It could greatly assist with any pre-existing conditions that also hinder night driving abilities.
