Casandraelf Yes when the Aibo is happy, for example if he plays with the ball for a while or you give him lots of attention they will go into this special boost mode as shown in the video :)

Nothing cooler then the boost mode on the 220, especially in a darkened room! Love the headstand, mine hasn't done it in a long time.

As far as I know the 220's were created using the new clutch design heads as they came out after the 210a's so no they should not develop DHS.
But they can develop something like TAS and PAS
