I get to interpret your intentions as you go along, like seeing a finished painting on the wall. What are those easel attachments for the bottom for your pallet and where the panel is? I have a couple that are similar but both aren't very reliable at staying tight.
I’m beginning to like gouache watching you and others…. I will have to get some and play. Ty both for inspiring me and others to play in mediums we haven’t done before! I’ve used yellow for a base before but what is this your using to sketch and block in with? Ty
Give gouache a try! It takes a little getting used to, but you will love it. I sketch with burnt Sienna usually, but I like the idea of sketching with yellow.

'You've gotta push through it ...' I've used enough paint to paint a house pushing through one of my paintings.
