Married & Still a Virgin: Sex & Wedding Night Tips for Vaginismus

Hey everyone! This is a super personal video as I share about my experience after marriage with intimacy struggles. I felt very alone and as if something was wrong with me and my body. My husband and I were both virgins and excited for this new chapter after marriage. We knew hollywood paints a very unrealistic picture of how things would be and we made sure to throw any unrealistic expectations out the door. However after being "unsuccessful" during our honey moon, then weeks that turned into months after I was feeling super discouraged with why this was such a struggle. During this time I did a ton of research and tried various techniques which I outline in the video and then finally things worked out. It took lots of patience and prayer but I tried not to be hard on myself and just kept working on the techniques and tips. If you are struggling too, you are NOT alone!
