It took me a few seconds back in 2003,when Remedy Entertainment and Rockstar Vienna played me "Late Goodbye",to know i heard something special. It was a male voice i have never heard before in my life,accompanied by the most beautiful song/instrumentals. It was the first time my head went nuts,tried to find the credits on the cover for the song. To then complete the game,and actually have pen and paper ready,because i HAD TO KNOW who the artist/band were! I went on to buy every song they had released,and befriended them on Myspace. Took me thoose first few seconds of "Late Goodbye",to become a neverending supporter. Thank you Remedy&Rockstar for making me aware of Poets Of The Fall! It was a male voice i have never heard before in my life,accompanied by the most beautiful song/instrumentals. It was the first time my head went nuts,tried to find the credits on the cover for the song. To then complete the game,and actually have pen and paper ready,because i HAD TO KNOW who the artist/band were! I went on to buy every song they had released,and befriended them on Myspace. Took me thoose first few seconds of "Late Goodbye",to become a neverending supporter. Thank you Remedy&Rockstar for making me aware of Poets Of The Fall! I might have never heard of them,if not for Max Payne 2. A game that should be remastered in my opinion,as it wont start properly with newer windows computers today. A true classic with the best soundtrack!🤘😍🤘💞

This song was my ex-wife and my song. We even played it during our wedding. I recorded a cover of this song with a music video for her when we were dating. I now realize after our divorce that noone in the entire world is worth calming the ocean for. You gotta respect yourself and let your loved ones fix themselves and face their fears by themselves every once in a while.

Here after the new Ultraviolet Album. It's so sad, what happened to the Poets. They lost their spirit. In my view, Temple of Thought is the last realy great album from one of my favourite band. Thank you Poets of the Fall, for your beautiful music, which accompanies me for years. My hope will not die, that you find your spirit again someday.
