DEMON'S EYE - DEEP PURPLE COVER

Here is another change-up from the usual Bonham content. I actually recorded this the same day as the Never Say Die video. Ian Paice has always been one of my favorite Rock drummers. He was also born in 1948, same as Bonham and Ward, and like them had an affinity for Jazz drummers. My son loved this tune when he was little. It's a blues that's got a great laid back shuffle beat and a killer riff. This isn't meant to be note for note what Ian played.
