National Youth Parliament 2019

Background:
The National Youth Parliament will convene on Monday, November 11, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Gordon House. The Youth Parliament will see the participation of some 75 young men and women who will debate on issues affecting youth development.
The National Youth Parliament, which is a joint effort between the Houses of Parliament and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Information (MOEYI), will be held under the theme “Jamaican Youth: Leading, Inspiring and Transforming Our World”. The convening of the National Youth Parliament will be one of the activities being held to mark Youth Month.

There must have been a better way for the speaker of the house at 1:30:00 to have addressed the member for him to put a pause on his presentation, please sit down comes off very condescending. What is the correct way going forward to advise the member to put a pause on there presentation ?
