I think looking back we should all just recognize how good Marcus was this year. Clearly, Coleman and TSJ were awesome too but no one saw Marcus coming on like he did.

Boswell is a lock to ILL imo. Maddox looks like he’s headed to Xavier. Booth and Storr are honestly up in the air but we are the frontrunner for both of them…I think…
Is it worth getting another big outside of booth and risking piss Hansberry off? To me, you play Johnson and Booth together, and Hansberry as the backup big there.
Then you have Goode, White, Davis, and Ty who can all play the 4 at times. You don’t need another 5.
You need a defensive big. Its not Armani or Morez. And its not Booth.
We need Clifford! He will protect the paint.
Or Reynaud out of Stanford.
Maddox to Xavier has been catching a lot of steam as of late. Xavier is the clear frontrunner at the moment. I’d be surprised if it’s not Xavier tbh. We got bad luck with Toledo players. Might as well just not waste the time. SMH
To this day I don't understand why brad basically ran dain out of town he still had more to give. Brad focused to much on a few players. I seen a skill level that with the right coach dain can be a dangerous player on the floor. One guy I wish we kept happy.
If you are on the team and concerned about mins b/c a new player is coming in, prove you are btr. If you can't prove your btr, than transferring to another team, doesn't prove to anyone your btr or ready for the Association. No matter where you go you have to compete and prove you deserve mins. Transferring out of Illinois doesn't eliminate your problem, it just moves the problem to another location. Unless you are just admitting you can't compete. If your problem is that you want to just play with no expectation or ambition to go to the NBA, than maybe it makes sense. Maybe you don't like the school or even the coaches, okay that makes sense. No matter where you go you have to compete for mins and if you don't you'll never get btr.
