Meow meow meow Heyo! I was the commander, and there's a bit of a story to this. There was a round on mander were there was a syndicat running around causing a lot of carnage, and we had a lot of ghosts who were rooting for it. We were upset when they died, but a loneops spawned, and all the ghosrs agreed unanimously we'd buy nothing but syndicats for revenge. We had a swarm of 8 syndicats rushing in, and it was surprisingly effective. The loneops failed, but I said that this would be even more insane with a warops budget. When I got nukeops commander next, that's exactly what I did. Everyone was surprised by how effective it was, including me "THIS IS UNREASONABLY EFFECTIVE". Works well against the cargo fort meta. My personal shortfall was running out of ammo - I didn't take my team's advice to use a shotgun as the ammo would be more plentiful. I spent the whole time juggling guns for ammo, and at the end I was just out and cornered, and so I died soon after. Another fun fact: The disarmer was a thief! That's right, a pacifist moth disarmed the nuke!
Hey, I was Lily Wallace, the green moth who stunned and cuffed a nukie and disarmed the nuke! I was actually a thief, so I had a pacifism implant and couldn't use weapons! - I was the moth in the emergency eva suit at 9:10 dragging the atmos tech, I examined some of the nukies and they had crew like names on their ID's, so I thought they were crew who had looted nukie suits because of that and because no one was shooting each other. I didn't realize until after the round that I walked right past the nukies! - I got the bloodred suit from the nukie ship - I found the nukie with the HOS suit and they ended up saying something, revealing their nukie name. I pointed out their name, they tried to just walk away so I stunned and cuffed them (apparently stuns still work as a thief!). I think they were confused because I had a bloodred, so they thought I was a nukie for long enough for me to cuff em - I wasn't glitched into the wall, I was just stuck between the table and the nuke, so the nukies could see me, I think they were just too distracted Meow meow meow meow, catops was DEVASTATING
I was the QM that round and got lit up by a passenger behind me, I was trying to get as much money as possible yelling over the radio what cargo needed and the chef kept harassing me for pie tins the entire time lol
The fact nukies lost that is just.... stupid... when will nukies learn to stop just running off in a random direction? they had a amazing start and like with most nukie losses they split up and and get captured...
@@Liltenhead fair. I can't but look at it tactically. Winning isn't the goal for SS14 and the fucking flood of cats was insane and funny. it's a very good tactic for breaking crew front lines.
i was the secoff lizard Gnaws-On-Bones i got a literally insane flank on the nukies and downed the 2 who had to heal in the ship but i died cause meow meow.
I was the chef, who only survived because I took the Paramed's hardsuit to avoid spacing while they were dead. Everyone thought I was the paramed and kept trying to revive me so I could help save the others. I also made a ton of Banana pies to hopefully toss at them, but alas, I missed and did horrible. You can see me at the end trying to rush in and disarm, but I couldn't see the nukies that well so I got shot before I realized what was happening. At least I lived!
I GOT IN A VIDEO!!! I was the Jug suit. My job was to make some space for the cats to walk in without being instantly killed(Jug suit could easily tank some syndicats), but the AI locked the airlock so I was stuck facing off against the entire crew and the cats were behind me.
10:30 speaking of fortnite, I need to start carrying combat RCD as sec/crew when im laser gunner, you can get 30 directional windows on single tile, just dig in and fuck em up on top of easy breach sealing..
@@SaphireLattice Good question, I know reinf window behind window behind window will offer resistance and end up decreaasing blast radius, but because stacked stuff are in same spot it could all be taking damage at same time instead of one after another. Would have to do some localhost testing.
Never seen a cat ops before lol. I have started/seen a lot of rat ops on SS13 though.. ( Both done stealth rat ops as well as a war based one.. Stealth based ones where the best but after I gained a rep on specific servers I kinda had to stop doing those sadly since everyone kinda understands immediately what is going on. ) Perhaps I will make a reprisal of it on a SS14 server one of these days.
