Do you guys still keep in touch with The Travel Trolls? you used to meet up on a very regular basis but it seemed to have stopped. I used to like the banter between the four of you.
no mate we have not heard from them since we did the last lot of work on there van and took them out in liverpool , but thats just how some people are mate its no drama you just get on with it , plenty of people in life are like that , just glad me and emma arnt
Oh dear, well I think Dan's a bloody user, Poor JP will learn the hard way. You helped him so much too, you're better off without him 👍.
@@seanpreston3439 exactly 💯
@@Animalluva yer i agree mate but we where warned to be honest . but we both have kind hearts and help lots of people , well until your used to much then that stops ( this is neil by the way )
Brilliant city!! I definitely want to return there. Totally agree about Titanic, such a great place and very emotional walking around there.
Hope all is well, take care of yourselves
Oh mate I was very shocked on just how emotional it was and you could spend hrs in there . Belfast is a amazing place
@@UrbanVanlife you would not think it would affect you as much as it does!! Such a poignant and moving tribute to all those souls that lost their lives.
Also, did the bus tour around the city, very interesting with the history. I did not have time to go to the jail so that will be on my list for when I go back.
If i see the near me, i will say hello. Great video. Plenty of other towns to visit.
If you're heading back over to the north of Ireland. there is a place called Oxford Island.
It's 25. miles away from Belfast. Is motorhome facilities, electric water and waste on its right on the lock shore. There's lovely walk for your dogs i'm a lot more to do hope to see you in Lurgan☘️
Just got your message on insta mate . Well will be back and will be checking that out and will be coming your way as well
@@UrbanVanlife I am a big fan I hope you come to lurgan I hope you let me know i'm thank you for getting back
to me☘️
Hi guys
Lot of info here for me to note down, many thanks.
Sirry on catch up, benn away.
You have to have a full irish breakfast with Wight pudding.
I’ll let Neil know I can’t eat most animal fats/meats etc … but when we where over did have a traditional roast and Neil had a steak pie with all the works and the meals where amazing and good value for money with the amount of food you got!
@@UrbanVanlife it's not like blackpudding. It is really nice.
Another fab video. I love Belfast and surrounding areas :) glenarif forest being a favourite with the red squirrels 🐿️
Glad you enjoyed we’ll add this place to our list for our travels thanks 🤩
Can't moan at those flight prices, bus fair is higher these days 😂
Yer you’re not wrong there . And you can get some mega cheep flights now if you look about
Your vlog was brilliant, so much so it’s saved me a couple of hundred quid visiting ! 😉
Many thanks for sharing both.
Ahahahaha nooo you have to go
Very interesting trip, thanks for sharing the museums and they looked well worth a visit - Shame it’s not just rock up and go with the dogs (like the Scottish islands) Did the ferry from Cairnryan to Belfast (as foot passenger) with Stena Line which was good as a work thing in 2019. Didn’t get chance to check it out properly though so lovely to see what’s about for the next time! Appreciated - Happy Easter to you both 🐣 All the very best, David & Rachel 👍
It is if your going to Northern Ireland mate cos it’s still the uk , but the reason we are going to get passports there for the dogs is to save paying up to £250 for each dog each time we leave the country
With the dog passport do you need uk one to get there or dont they check.
Well no your traveling from the uk to the uk we don’t need one to go to Scotland or wales . To go in the republic then yes you need passports or health certificate for animals and your own passport
@@UrbanVanlife so if went from stranraer to ireland id need a passport for me and my dog
Hiya, might be a bit late with this info, but you don't need any passport if you travel UK to UK, and as there is no border across to eire, no problems there, if you retrace your steps on the way back, no problem, we took our dog last year, with a minor variation, we took the ferry Dublin to Fishguard and got through with am expired EU passport but with updated worming tablet entry from an eire vet. Again no problem. There is legislation that allows you to take a dog from northern Ireland onto eire
You also took a time machine if you visited “Eire”. Do yourself a favour and avoid calling it that when you’re there. Every single person you meet will think you’re a c*** even if they don’t say anything. Not trying to be mean.
Also, some airlines want a passport for a flight even if legally you shouldn’t need one.
Thankbu both so much for the history lessons the titanic story is so sad but u did it so well, ive lived in Befast my whole life of 72yrs n ive never been to titanic quarter n uv really made me want to go now,i dont travel but i luv ur channel cos i get to see places in NI that ive never been to n prob never will so thank u for bringing me along on ur amazing journeys that ill never see,luv u both and ur adorable dogs, cant wait until u come back in ur van n i get to see more of my country tjat i dont ever see, good luck good health n happiness n take care💖❤️😍
Oh my gosh, thank you so much for this lovely comment it genuinely means so much to us both, we had an amazing day in Belfast and really enjoyed everything we saw, and everyone we met was amazing, and we have been over in the van now for around 3 weeks and everything has just wowed and amazed us, from the people and their hospitality to the sites and scenery, we are truly blessed to have such amazing experiences 💚💚♥️♥️
Happy you enjoy Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Hope maybe run into you the next time your over in the van. You not miss me the front of my van orange. Xxxx🎉🎉🎉🎉
We will be back over very soon mate . Currently looking about 5 weeks before we are over there in the van . And we can’t wait for it
Hi Neil and Emma
Just watched your video when you fitted the pull out side step on your van.
Just wondering where you got those triangular brackets from or wether they came with the kit
Cheers
We do explain in the video and the link to what we used is in the description but here’s the link for the brackets that don’t come with the step

i found the titanic experience very moving and the part where you walk over the wreck really brought it home to me what a tragedy it was if you get the chance the titanic museum in cobh is worth a visit aswell a different experience but also very thought provoking
Yer it’s an emotional experience . I liked the part where it looked like you where traveling trough the ship as the videos on 3 walls but we couldn’t record it cos of to many ppl
Yes don't let vets con you, no passport required UK to UK or UK to eire, eire to UK pot luck, but we used an expired old EU passport no probs
Yer we will be going back for the full EU PASSPORTS . Englands a joke
Fab video as aways ...keep up the good work .. love watching ❤
Thank you Helen
I live near Belfast and my father worked in H&W most of his working life but I've still to go to the Titanic experience. Can't say I've put it off to a rainy day because we get plenty of them here😂 If you need and help or advice where to go when you come back give us a shout if you want always happy to help
Nobody ever goes to the tourist attractions near them. I don’t know a single person who’s been to the Titanic Exhibition or the Guinness Storehouse but I know loads of people who’ve been to the Louvre, the Empire State Building and Pompeii.
We will be back over buddy it’s looking around may time towards the end
Lovely to see ye in Ireland 🇮🇪
It won’t be long until we are back there .
I have book called Ship Lost the fate of titanic crew...The sister in law worked in the national archives, she was the maritime records specialist...and the book is very detailed...I'm yet to visit the museum...Great video as always.
It’s extremely well done and you could spend hrs in there . Its defo one of them places that has totally nailed it
@@UrbanVanlife Just put it to the wife lol
50 notes to walk around a museum isn't '...not bad.'
Obviously not for everyone, and a Good job it wasn’t you paying then isn’t it, but for us it was well worth every penny, some people spend more on a night out!
Channels great but it concerns me that the prision looks like my primary school from the 70's
got to agree you have a valid point and i agree , but to be honest probably less scary people in the prison than my old school .
@@UrbanVanlife Pretty sure thats where they recruited my teachers from though unsure what side of the bars they came from
I think they are going to get a pet license in Northern Ireland because it is easier and cheaper for going to Europe
That’s our next trip and we will be video in the whole process as well so ever one knows exactly what do do
That’s our next trip and we will be video in the whole process as well so ever one knows exactly what do do
The height of the Titanic building is the same height as it would have stood above the water line at sea. Beautiful building and my home city
It’s a wonderful building and we love your home city we will definitely be back!
@@UrbanVanlife if you're ever brining the van over make sure you drive the Antrim coast road, probably some of the most beautiful scenery you'll ever see
@peterobrien2725 we will be back over in the van in about 5 weeks time buddy . And that will be going on our list
Could of come pick me up Neil a Emma.
😂😂 we had no van this time 😂😂
No good for me then Neil carnt read.
There’s a lot more to see there we don’t do the reading parts but still really enjoyed the experience … well Emma did a bit of reading she likes the words!
I'd love to go to the titanic event, very interesting but very emotional..thanks for sharing
Glad you enjoyed it, it certainly was a very thought provoking experience!

My friend Marcus said the nightlife is great in Belfast
We didn’t stay overnight but we did get food in a local pub and we can confirm the food was fantastic and the Guinness was top notch!
