Thanks for the ride! My 2020 T120 hasn't been out for a couple of days but nothing to do with weather but traffic here in Phoenix. I have asked my wife if there comes a day when I decide i'm too old to ride if I can keep the bike but put it in the living room so I can look at it and buy a big screen TV so I can watch British riders on almost car free roads while I sit on the bike! So far I have received no answer that pleases me!😎
I gotta say, as a kid who since 8 always dreamed of visiting or possibly living in your country and is also a vintage to modern classic bike lover, your channel is truly one of the greats for that escapism of daily life. The Lake District is stunning, you provide amazing detail on things and have great recommendations. Long winded way to say thanks for all you do my friend.
Thanks and appreciate your kind words 🙏 I think the older I get the more I appreciate the beauty this place has to offer and the bikes, it’s time to start my classic collection I think bikes and cars before they are gone to the world of the future. Thanks for tuning it and the sub 👍 Cheers Nick
@@MOTOUK1 It's absolutely a stunning place. But anywhere can feel old after a while right? Perspectives shift and sway but finding the joy in the little things always recenters one. and I Couldn't agree more with you, were moving to a more sterilized tech future without character I fear, but something about a vintage defender or Land Cruiser, with a bike either from or looking like yesteryear, there's a sense of ephemeral beauty, just waiting to be rekindled. So I look forward to seeing your collection grow and the things you create. Even on days it feels for naught, know that people (myself included) truly appreciate the content. Hope your well, Matt.
What a beautiful area to be riding through. Sadly, your move into spring / summer correlates with our move into autumn / winter here in Australia and the cold and rain seems to coming on strong fairly early. Ah well, we still get to ride even if a bit more rugged up. Great video. Thank you .
Not much fun getting old Nick I speak from experience, lovely ride always nice to see up there in the lakes never ridden it though. Hope to get up there sometime , the trouble is other stuff always gets in the way not least my wife does not like me being out on the bike 😁going to try a couple of the Triumph models as soon as the weather warms a bit more to see what the fuss is about and maybe I'll go for one who knows .Great watch as per , not sure about the gloves though Nick yellows not my colour 😉👌👍
Enjoyed the Brown Sugar stop and eats. A BLT and cauliflower soup on a cold day sounds lovely. The open road from 14:28-ish on is just wonderful. Perfect riding roads. I managed 30 miles to make a work assignment and back. Wish I had the video capability as you. Thanks for sharing.
...YOUR TEXT HERE... 😅👍 Nice video, love the lake district, some very good-looking roads for a sunny ride out! 😎 I'm curious.. is your choice of mount the Bonni or Mt10 sp for the gentleman's ride?
As someone who lives in the LA post code, please can you stop telling people about the Lyth Valley route. Thanks. 😊. Wasn’t it Sean Emmett that used Lyth Valley for a Performance Bikes testing, before he went in to racing?
Love the gloves! Fuel do top quality stuff
Thanks 🙏 I like them 👍
£50 for the gloves. Is that how much you're getting paid to wear them? Lol.

😂 Text, yes a slight mistake in the edit. Bonny for the DGR 👍
Good video, was that the a5074 to the 590 at the end?
Yes you guessed it right, cracking route into Bowness the A5074
Went down the same road about a month ago ....it was full of nasty gravel at the time....has it improved?
First part nearer Bowness, no it hasn’t improved, tbh its like that there all year so worth a note!. Rest is ok now.
@@MOTOUK1 noted 😊
