I used to work for a longboard company. This was my FAVORITE job ever! Although our steps were a bit different and we layered up our wood for the base before heat pressing to create the curve. Gosh I miss it
Also I'm in Massachusetts. And I definitely want to try skateboarding. I'm gonna look into buying a board of yours!
where did you get the raw plank before you cut it from

He glued veneer together with wood glue then pressed it down really hard in a concave mold and when it’s dry he would cut it out

As a builder, the tools are priceless and only contribute to profit. If you’re good at it, the tools will easily pay for themselves. Customers pay for everything.

Where do you get the wood that’s slanted like that? And how and where do you get wheels
The plywood is pressed in a mold after being soaked in water to make it bendable. you can make a mold yourself with some 2x4s and a band saw, but I think he buys them molded, but uncut. For wheels, I have no idea if you can make your own for cheap. You can buy wheels in 4 packs from anywhere online really though
