if you want to see how its made then check the UA-cam video how its made. You think there going to wait 3 days just for a skateboard to get glued together than do every thing to 5 other skateboards.

@@codeghost1111 Word, and I've seen 'em all! Pretty easy to do yourself if you have a hydraulic press and some skills with making stuff. Concrete forms, press those plies, cut the outline, et voila.

Skateboards take about 40 steps to make, starting with producing lumber. I actually would like to see that from them, but starting at the end isn't so bad.

This episode reminds me of when I used to mold,CNC, and assemble custom guitars at taylor guitars...except less pressure cuz those damn things were worth as much as $60k+ each! Fun stuff.

I'm using andy andersons powell peralta 8.45" board
I used to be embarrassed by my blue Braille board and now I'm on my 5th Braille board (I have a plan b, alien work shop, and enjoi I ride too). I just got the b woodgrain board at 8" and I love it. So many different graphics, really like that spread shred board. Have some boards hung up in my room too. Collector sticks

Yeah, they only showed the design manufacturing because they didnt realize they were going to literally expose industry secrets in this video. But ill expose em i dont care.
All skateboards come from a small handful of manufacturers. All skateboard are no better than a 30 dollar blank from the same manufacturer. Skateboards are mold pressed with ply, the same way a fingerboard made but to larger scale. There is no other way to fuse long thin strips of wood while at the same time molding its shape. Mold press or bust, magic isnt real.

This isn't how skateboards are made, it's how graphics are applied.
I love that Gabe can turn even this into an ASMR video.
So how its made is order par quality boards from China and add a dollar heat transfer in the US quite common.
I mean he didnt say where the boards come from. They could be pressed in the US for all we know. Not that theres anything "wrong" with Chinese boards necessarely.
@@minitos1 My main moan is we did not see skateboards being made we saw some blanks being heat transferred, click bate.Powell Peralta have some awesome videos of skateboards actually being made, Paul Schmitt too. Its sad but common to import inferior poor quality blanks from China, the industries flooded with them. Was actually looking forward to se a good old US woodshop. Now you got 30 seconds to do a kickflip if your reading this. Kickflipchallenge#
