I've seen a couple of faceoff tutorials. This is the only one I've watched and won faceoffs with afterwards and now I'm always winning them 8/10 sometimes 10/10. It's somewhat simple. All I'm doing is pushing my right stick to the right to select what grip I'm using before the pucks even dropped and once its dropped im swiping the right stick down. Usually does it for me.

You don't press any buttons you have to use the right thumb stick and pull up or down to win it back. You can choose a grip by holding it to the left or right before the puck is dropped off tie the opponent up pressing up on the left stick I understand it's confusing so just to keep it simple just pull back on your right stick once the ref drops the puck also like real life be sure to watch the refs hand
@@GamerKidCanada I figured it out I'm on my 2nd day of having the game having a lot of fun starting to be able to win them consistently and score fun goals it's hard tho goalies are pretty good on high difficulty

There was no problem with the faceoffs until NHL 24. no matter what i do i cant win a single faceoff after over a decade on NHL games im done.
Ive noticed a few people say this but personally I haven't noticed a difference between games
