Is video me "BONE MINERAL DENSITY TEST" (BMD) test ke bare me bataya gya hai. Is test ko DEXA bhi kehte hain. DEXA means "DUAL ENERGY X-RAY ABSORTIOMETRY".
A bone mineral density test uses X-rays to measure the amount of minerals - namely calcium - in your bones. This test is important for people who are at risk for osteoporosis, especially women and older adults.
It’s an important test for osteoporosis, which is the most common type of bone disease. Osteoporosis causes your bone tissue to become thin and frail over time and leads to disabling fractures.

I cant lift things as i used to lift earlier .now in my knee kat kat sound occurs feeling lock in my left knee .i used to break fingers then some sound come . now my fingers are very weak. Do i need to go for this test ?

The cracking sound which is coming your knee joint is would be because knee osteoarthritis. Or the sound which is coming from your finger joints..Is considered as normal.. it comes because of air bubbles formed into the joints. So it is absolutely fine...nothing require to worry.

According to dcpt physiotherapy defination therapist can asses and implement the treatment so he can prescribe x-ray and MRI, But agar koi administrative ya govt hospital hai to waha ka jo norms hai usko manana pdta h. To get more infomation you can read DCPTOT norms.
And one more thing, to prescribe diagnostic tests, he / she should be registered therapist.

मेरे हद्दीयो मे 7-8 महिनो से दर्द चालू है। पुरी बॉडी मे जितने भी जॉइन्ट्स है ऊन सबमे कट कट की आवाज आ रही है और जॉईंट मे सुजन भी आ राहा है जैसे उंगलियो के जॉइन्ट्स मे, पैरो के जॉइंट्स मे। जिस्के वजह से बुखार वर वजन कम होते जा रहा है। इसके लिये नॉर्मल डॉ. के पास जा चूक हूं पर आराम नाही मिल राहा। प्रॉब्लम और बढती जा राही है
प्लिज suggest किजीए किस type के डॉ. के पास जाना चाहीये। ऑर konsa टेस्ट करवना चाहीये।

Ye test height badane ke liye nhi hota hai. Ye test bone density ko jaanchne ke liye hota hai. Height increase ke liye aap yoga expert se advice le sakte hain.
