Michael Kory can you do a video on milk possibly? I’ve been going back and forth between regular or organic 2%, almond, or soy milk. Trying to determine what’s best for men long term!

instantklassicks doesn’t matter, as long as you aren’t lactose intolerant and you hit your daily/weekly macros it boils down to preference.. personally I like the hippy almond milk, you get all the milkiness with way less macros

love the fact that u also upload failure attempts (u will definitly look back if you're able to squat 405)
some tipps that helped me increasing my squat and will may help you as well:
-try some lighter weighted pause squats with explosive upward motion to increase the first few inches of your squat
-try to "feel" and actively think about harmstring activation as the first part of the upward motion, after about 30° degrees you switch in your head more towards quadrizeps activation and then for the final degrees you switch to your gluteus maximus
breaking down the motion into 3 parts and improving on every part helped my quite alot
and finally you can try a leg press variation where you take a weight you *can't* press and just hold and press against the weight till failure

I got a great tip from someone in the gym about squatting and it helped me out a ton. He told me to get a close grip like a bench press then point your elbows down and so when you come up and think you can't get it you can use your shoulders like a shrug and drive them up which really helps with heavier weight. Great vids always my man jeep grinding.

it pairs well with anything and will never go out of fashion
First off, great videos and you're an inspiration. So regarding the squat, number one mistake you have your hip pretty far out before descending on the squat, that's a no no. People tend to do this to keep their knees behind their toes which is a misconception. It's ok to allow your knees pass your toes, in fact it's encouraged as long as your keep your feet flat on the ground. To start, keep hip straight, not out, when ready to squat, break at the hip and knee simultaneously. Looking down is good, but lean a little more forward, you want your nipples to point downwards to the ground. This should help prevent your "good mornings" and improve your form. Do this, I assure you will hit the 405 smooth.

you're doing fine, just don't relax after the bottom position. your needs tend to converge after hitting the bottom. fix that and push them out the most and the 405 will come in 2 to 3 weeks "easy".

Also reverse the hinges on that front counter door so it opens into gym not into desk. And make it a half door so if someone needs you they don't have to walk around.. plus whoever is at counter can overlook the gym.

On your squats it looks like the bar is too low on your back. It should be resting on your traps or a bit below. It could just be me but it does look awkward when you squat. Look up a video of Tom Platz teaching how he did squats. Some good info there. Just some friendly advice. Congrats on the new gym location.

When you where doing your squat reps at 315lbs it appears that on your dissent you are leaning to the right and not dropping evenly. Not sure how big of a deal that is on the dissent but just an observation 👍🏽
