CJ has improved in his decisiveness on when to pull it down and run, couple of key runs. He is underrated as a scrambler. He is elite on the run and rollouts/scramble drills. He bailed us out. The team needs to step up around him.
He never stops learning.

I truly believe that CJ Stroud is even now one of the best quarterbacks I have ever seen in my fifty-seven years of watching the NFL. CJ's on the field and off the field character is off the chart. It is a blessing watching and listening to CJ and thank God for him. CJ is an inspiration like no other.
In the words of Julian Edelman, I’ll take an ugly win over a pretty loss any day.

Why it feel like the hype-train is moving from the Cowboys to the Texans lol. Not hating on Cowboys but Houston definitely has a better offensive scheme and playbook because they don't always run it 1st and 2nd down and have to pass on 3rd down just for Dak to throw it short.
But honestly I feel Houston is going somewhere this year...hopefully using last year's success to help them get deeper into the playoffs this year and/or next

Why are the refs on us so hard?
I was wondering if it’s because now we’re known to cause more penalties, they’re watching our line even closer making it worse.
They aren’t , we’re making clear stupid mistakes and shooting ourselves on the foot. Across the board we have to be better. LFG Texans 🤘🏻😤🤘🏻

@@ostonespinosa6758there’s gonna be penalties every snap. if you really look closely, you’re gonna see a lineman holding, maybe a little contact doesn’t get called on for a PI. it’s sometimes just bad luck you get flagged. Like someone else said, we’re becoming notorious for pre snap penalties. they’re gonna be looking heavily for it now. we gotta do better and be cleaner so we can minimize the opportunities for those penalties to even be called in the first place
@@ostonespinosa6758I was there and you are correct! Very one sided, it’s impossible for one team to make so many mistakes and the other team doesn’t have any! I’m sorry to say but it takes from the game when the referees are blowing the whistle every play! The call of illegal roughing by 82 (kick returner) was bogus!
