Beautiful house !! It really is just cosmetic issues . That carpet looks really dirty but it can be cleaned if they find the right ppl to do it . There’s many great carpet cleaning companies in Georgia. That was a great deal on the house !!
The carpet pulled up within all the rooms hardwood floors throughout house is better . Paint job throughout the whole house even the garage floors painting .
The yard is a down hill surrounding and no back patio or covering.This house looks like 50% of other homes in the neighborhood. Cosmetic will cost including wall painting,new carpet, clean driveway concrete. $7000.00

I would love to get a home with minor or cosmetic issues but no functionality problems because I’m basically would do the work myself. I also has a VA loan that I got when my husband died.
