This one is a looker too, cool model. The flight was weird as soon it took off. Big thumbs up for getting it back down safely Brent. I'm sure the owner feels the same. I hope he can get it sorted out. AirHammer out!!
Great job on the takeoff. Pulling up more would have just thrown on the brakes. I was surprised you didn't put the gear up then. It sure looks awesome!
This one was a little wild I think. If I was the little pilot in that plane I would have pee'd my pants a bit but I would have been happy to have survived. 😂😂😂
The arrow has lots of roll authority. If you didn't notice any wing rock while it was flying, the cg should be pretty good. The arrow will rock side to side as you start approaching the edge of being tail heavy. I plan to run a ton of expo and possibly a gyro on mine. Glad she came down in one piece
Yeah the cg felt great. Its just really heavy. Definately needs a roll gyro. Flew it the following day. It doesnt stall but you completely lose roll control when it gets too slow. Had a couppe scary moments.
There are no plans for this model. It is fully composite and there is nothing to build in the kit aside from the final assembly gluing the moulded pieces together and installing electronics
Nice job ... what scale is it ? How much does it weigh? ... trying to figure our how to do my own version of an advanced Super Arrow in a 1/12 scale being 85.6 inch long 21.3 high and a wing span 50 inches and plan to run two outboard engines ... 1st time builder any and all info would help .. pls n thx

Todaya flight was even sketchier. Started out better. But the landing was hairy af. By far the mlst difficult to land airplane ive ever flown

I did one 10 years ago, called the Avro Arrow flies again, 90mm def. 6feet 45wing.

Yeah im sticking to bungee launch to keep the weight down for the same reason. I fly of grass so it's my best option
