One of her favorite charities was also Guide Dogs For The Blind. She adopted several golden retrievers who had been career changed from the organization. She also wrote a book with Tom Sullivan, the movie producer, after she adopted his retired Guide. I am a blind person, and this book is the only book that I have ever read all the way through in print. my mother invited Betty to my first Guide Dogs graduation in 1993. She was not able to attend, so she did the next best thing. She called me that day at Guide Dogs. We stayed in touch for a few years.

Betty White never had children with either her first two marriages, her mother was only 22 years older than her & could have been a hands on grandmother, perhaps Betty could not have children & didn't want to advertise or admit that. RIP Betty White a lovely lady.

My Nana and my mom remind me of Betty. Such wholesome comedy and kindness ❤

I enjoyed this because Betty White was a queen, but no secret was revealed.

She was a real gem. I don't know the names of any of those people but her. She showed them! What an inspiration

I do think it’s important that when you are speaking of her being on certain shows that you actually show HER in the spot. There were a few times you were showing actresses that resembled her but were not Betty White.
