Hindi lang isang beses kundi maraming beses sa isang linggo kung magluto ako nito. Para siyang Fried Chicken ala Max’s pero ang kaibahan lang nito, hindi natin ipa-fry sa mantika.
Panooring maiigi ang video para makuha ang technique kung paano maachieve ang juiciness ng meat at lutong ng skin gamit ang oven o air fryer.
Ingredients:
2 kg chicken legs
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 big onion
1 whole garlic
4 pcs bay leaf
2 liters water
1 tbsp cooking oil
