What draws me to his videos is the Out. of. The. Blue scenarios, like the guillotine if you don't jump in all conversations. They are so unexpected and add another 5-10 layers worth of hilarity to each statement. They get me each time.

I'm pretty sure most people taking a break from social media announce it because other people might get worried when they suddenly and for no apparent reason don't respond anymore. Happened "to me" actually once. A friend of mine wanted to dopamine detox and told nobody. Another friend of mine and me got pretty worried after a week of him not texting back or responding to calls. We drove 45 min to check in on him. He did fine, but he got us pretty worried there.
Not texting and leaving social media are two different things
One is not visiting Facebook/Twitter/ Instagram, another is turning your phone off for weeks
