Loved this! It makes a great early morning session, when the sprint/HIIT sessions are just too rough mentally and physically early in the am. This one works the body and brain in a tough, but level effort. Love my days that start with GCN! 🎉
I suffered heart failure in June this year and as part of my recovery I do six GCN sessions a week on my turbo trainer. This session was super tough but great. Heart fine, legs sore 😀
Second time I’ve done this me legs have nothing left to give I’ve done martial arts every night this week and did a lot of kata last night in back stance
I can’t push as much as you guys do but I do what I can as I’m desperate to loose weight I did that was a good session as I can’t go to marital arts this evening

This was very effective to have a big block. When I fought to maintain like you said, the last three minutes became where it’s at. You can’t achieve durability without a long effort. Thanks for getting us through it.
OMG that was Hard 😂 probably should have started with something a bit easier to get back in the game but Manon got me through 💪 did have to break it up to individual mins but it worked. Happy Monday everyone ☺️
Not gonna lie, not one of the best videos. I'm a huge fan of you all, but I found this one a bit dull. Cycling for ten mins without changes is hard to keep people entertained. I had to put music on to get me through the second spell. Maybe endurance isn't for me....but I do prefer change in cadence and effort to keep me going. Love all of Manon's videos so it's not her :-)
