When I had my 1st daughter I guess I went into the hospital when my contractions were mild and the nurse literally “oh honey, you need to be crying of pain.. then you’ll know you’re ready” I was literally scared when she told me that 😂
I made the mistake of watching this at work and literally am sitting here CRYING. Congrats again, you did an AMAZING job Nia and baby boy is so beautiful! So happy for you and Jae!

With my first I had no idea I was in active labor either! I was texting my doula and when she said she was on her way I was confused😂 I thought I was a wimp too, but I gave birth 2 hours later🤷♀️

It might be nitrous oxide for pain, which is laughing gas. A lot of birthing centers offer that now for pain management :)

For my first baby she said it wasn’t amniotic fluid and literally I was leaking the whole time and went back the next day and they are like your in labor your water basically broke and I was having contractions that I didn’t feel.
