The video explain me very well and i think its amazing how the persons do all of this. My summarize is here:
Before the American Revolutionary War, tensions between the British crown and its thirteen colonies had been growing due to various taxation measures taken by the mother country. The Boston Massacre, Burning of the Gaspee, and the 1773 Boston Tea Party sparked a rally against British rule. In response, colonial leaders gathered in Philadelphia in September 1774 to discuss their opposition to British rule. However, the First Continental Congress's attempt to demand independence from Britain did not go far.
Tensions flared up on April 18, 1775, when British troops marched to Concord, Massachusetts, and the Battles of Lexington and Concord sparked the American Revolutionary War. The Continental Army, led by General George Washington, was formed in June 1775, and American troops were defeated at the Battle of Bunker Hill and Fort Ticonderoga. In March 1776, the British led by General William Howe retreated to Canada to prepare for a major invasion of New York. The Continental Congress adopted a Declaration of Independence in July 1776, and a large British fleet was sent to New York to crush the rebellion.
In the North, General Burgoyne and his men were forced to surrender in October 1778. After the American victory in the Battle of Saratoga, France and America signed treaties of alliance in February 1778, providing America with troops and warships. On June 28, 1778, Henry Clinton and his troops were attacked by Washington's army near Monmouth, New Jersey, but the joint attack against the British failed. The war was declared over in 1778.

@@justinklinck6575 your right, it would be stupid for any country to try and invade the USA, nobody would stand a chance.
But,, wars ain't fought like that anymore, its done by nuclear subs , or high altitude supersonic bombers .
Like the time the USA government asked the British to play war games, they wanted to see if anyone could get through,/ past their latest defence systems.
      Can't remember the year tbh, 60s or 70s .
I think it was 4 out of the 5 British bombers managed to get through and avoid everything and nuke several strategic targets ( virtually) that would have crippled the USA if it was a real war.
The US government were so shocked they couldn't believe it they thought there was a malfunction in their system,
So they checked everything and a couple of years later they asked the British to try again.
Once again the British planes avoided US defences, shot down a couple of US fighters and nuked the USA .
The USA government kept it a secret for decades ,
There are a couple of vids on utube that tell the full story.
That's the way it would happen, not by invading.

If you attempted to attack the heart of the homeland, you can expect your entire island to be a glass floor pretty soon after.. The quality of your training would not be a match for the sheer numbers of fighter jets and bombers that would come your way. To believe otherwise would simply be delusional, the United States military is just too big for you.

@Chad973, you can’t watch a ten minute video about the American Revolution and reasonably expect to pass a test on the topic. The video simplifies things avoiding many of the complexities and much of the politics. How was it that Washington was considered to be the congressional commander for the Army? Where did the weapons that were suspected of being hidden in Lexington and Concord come from? Why did only 13 colonies assemble and revolt? What was going on in Vermont with the governors of NY and NH each chattering towns in that territory? This video doesn’t even discuss the attempted revolt by Army officers against Congress during the war.

I do not understand why it is so difficult for the people who make these video to include all of the relevant facts and information. There are gapping holes in this timeline.

Really? I have a 300+ page book on just the Battle of Saratoga. How do you fit all the relevant facts and information into a ten minute video? Who decides what is relevant anyway? Always more than one source.
