Never heard of Ryan until a friend left some random shit in my barn. I was going through and throwing out old junk and came across his stuff he left last year. Crazy Heart was in a box of his, I watched it. I'm hooked on this music now.
Some people deserve good things to happen to them. Ryan Bingham, with all the shit that man has been through, deserves all the success he's getting. I wish him well on the rest of his journey.

Not to discredit this video but you can hear that it’s the take from the record and not him playing live on this video. An interesting sidenote - when we recorded this song Ryan and Corby sat down next to each other at the piano bench and I put up three microphones a vocal mic, Ryan’s guitar and Corby’s guitar. In the end I only used the one mic that was pointed towards Ryan’s guitar and I got the blend of the two of them playing and him singing perfectly.
