I just bought my Popsicles machine but I have no idea on how to mix the propylene glycol to put in the machine, can you please help
Propylene glycol is added to most commercial ice cream to keep it from freezing into ice crystals. You are eating a toxic substance banned in Europe. This is not Ethylene Glycol (anti freeze for cars) and considered 'safe' in US, but you are in fact eating a variation of anti freeze. Do not use this.
@@mjremy2605 we don't mix the propylene glycol in the Popsicles, we put it in the freezer and set the molds in it to control the temperature

Hello moses, what do you need help with? I am thinking you need the ratio for the water/propylene glykol mix... mix 50/50 and the freezing temperature will be aroun -20F or -25 to -27 Celsius i belueve

La machine qu'il utilise est simplement composée de deux choses : une trempette liquide à refroidissement rapide, + un réchauffeur pour le chocolat fondu. Vous pouvez facilement faire les mêmes choses à la maison ou même dans le commerce sans cette configuration coûteuse qui coûte 4 500 USD.
Utilisez un congélateur pour refroidir vos barres de crème glacée. Vous pouvez également pulvériser de l'azote liquide dans la crème glacée pour la congeler instantanément. Vous pouvez utiliser de la neige carbonique pour refroidir plus rapidement. Ces deux produits produisent des gaz toxiques, vous avez donc besoin d'une ventilation.
Utilisez un bain-marie ou un bain-marie pour faire fondre le chocolat et enrober vos barres. Il s'agit simplement d'une grande casserole avec de l'eau, et vous faites flotter une casserole plus petite à l'intérieur qui contient le chocolat. De cette façon, vous ne brûlez pas le chocolat.
Congelez les barres, trempez-les dans du chocolat fondu. Fait.
Les moules en acier inoxydable coûtent environ 55 $ sur Amazon et Ebay. Les moules en silicone ou en plastique coûtent 5 $ à 10 $ chacun.

For all those asking about the price - these machines are pricey running between USD $1200 - $4500 each. Ridiculous! For what? Make this yourself. You need:
1. An upright freezer costs $250 - $500 USD.
2. Stainless steel ice cream bars (or 'popsicle') molds which cost $55, or $5 for plastic on Amazon or Ebay.
3. Double boiler to melt chocolate. Put large pan on stove. Half fill with water. Put smaller pan inside with chocolate. Melt.
4. Ice cream sticks - use chopsticks, reuse old ice cream sticks, make your own or buy a pack.
5. You can also buy pure cocoa butter on Amazon, and cocoa powder and sugar (or Monkfruit extract if you are diabetic or keto diet).
Melt the cocoa butter with sugar, add food coloring and some flavoring like almond, vanilla, raspberry, green tea powder, etc. This produces white or colored coating. If you add cocoa powder you get chocolate. A little bit of cream adds silkiness.
I ordered the 2 moulds machine from China and paid US$2,400 in total, including 30k Popsicles bags, 30k Popsicles sticks, tax and delivery cost. It is about $4,600 in USA.
