That's nothing. La real michoacana had them way before. 🙄
Yea bro but these are overpriced and gentrified
@@mybackhurts7020 how is this comment racist again?? 🙄 🤔 yall act like this food it's new....there are a few more local shops w the same food. But less 'Instagramed'
I never heard of them before
@@Bebedollie they r from Houston. Originally from michioaca Mexico
are you talking about La Real Michoacana on Aldine?
Overpriced , Mexicans been have that for a normal low price
Yeah but they’re made in house and from scratch, if you like quality u gotta pay for it
They also make them from scratch in house
Hmm isnt this a common snack among Mexicans already?? 🤔
It sure is. And they still in the hood. That’s only catering to the millennials but if you grew up in the hood East end like they call it now Eado you know where to go directly from the producer 💪🏼💪🏼
@@gasparma2316 Im assuming this bar probably charges more money too. No thanks. If they try to copycay my precious El Bolillo panaderia, then Im fighting😤😤🤭
@@Shazzyhtown I say the same that bakery too is the best but yup Navigation is the place to go and buy those natural flavored popsicles 💪🏼💪🏼
The guy never said he invented them
no one else is allowed to enjoy Mexican food?
@@Shazzyhtown OK Karen!
I don’t see nothing new or viral about these paletas. Those are the same fresh made and made with natural fruits that the paletero be selling on the hoood streets. If you have Mexican friends they’ll tell you where to go on Navigation the east end 💪🏼💪🏼🔥🔥
They never really had these in Houston but I agree this is nothing new
@@cpujolsfitnessandmusic3386 there’s one on long point before you get to Hempstead but Mexican style.
I was hoping for some rare flavors like bean or mole
People like our culture and all the culinary goodies it has to offer. I'm all for it! Not everyone is apparently. I'll still get mine from la michoacana and my neighborhood paleteros, but this lets other people enjoy paletas too. Where's the harm?
Imitation is the highest form of flattery. That's what I always believed. Mexican, Vietnamese, Korean, Filipino, etc is all part of our culture here in San Diego and I think most San Diegans enjoy that. From what I know of Houston, it's pretty much the same there.
@@norwegianblue2017 Yeaaaah no, you’re completely the white washed if you think that
@@mansagarus9226 And you're completely brainwashed by the woke left that has poisoned this country. But thank you for the racist terminology. you hypocrite.
But yall eat some where stuff like corn with mayo tho u can keep that stuff tho 😆
@@ericjohnson710 but it is delicious
That’s just over by hose paletas been on the hood for generations with the only exception they just making it more bougie. Just go to Navigation on the hood n you get double haha
Lol.. when you dont have mexican friends
La brisa ice cream and Refresqueria El Guero are better. Look them up...they been deleting my comments, because i put the address.
That’s the place to go a dozen for $9 and if one wants those other snacks Refresqueria Tampico on 75th street hehe
@@gasparma2316 You know here's the thing I don't want to go to the ghetto I'm making enough money to not need to go to the ghetto you're missing the entire point here
It looks so delicious 😋
There's one paleta bar here in Oak Cliff Bishop arts neighborhood in Dallas
They sale the same thing, I wonder if they are the same owners
Love everyone in the comments talking like every city has a massive Spanish community and these are super easy to get lol. Ya'll need to chill and let people enjoy something new to them, just because you've had it alot don't mean you have to sit here ripping on someone else enjoyment
OMG...WANT! _Please come to CT!_
“I met some Hispanics and tried their food and decided I neeeeed to steal their idea”
I knew once I finished the video I was going to find a comment like yours.
@@I.Odnamra No disrespect to anyone aside from the business owner. I just said what I felt he was really saying
2 of the 3 founders are literally Mexican. They didn't steal anything.
Edit: Sorry, actually, THREE of the FOUR founders are Mexican.
How far do you want to take this idea of cultural appropriation? I can assure you that things from Eurocentric and 'white' culture is 'stolen' daily by other groups. Do you ever complain about that?
I'm so glad that you went out of your way to get a Spanish friend. Now may be branch out to the other foods of other cultures too.
It was a Mexican man that use to come to our neighborhood with his ice cream cart when I was a kid .. I got sick off the lime one 🤣 but the other flavors were delicious and this was back in 2005
Oh wow, I would need to make a trip everyday after work; forget the bar.
If it doesn’t come out of a hand push cart with hot chips on the side I DONT TRUST IT
I love 🍉 paletas and coconuts.
Come to NY!!! 🤤
Please come to California
Learning from LA. Aguacate Paleta sounds ughh though. Everything else looked good.
Mango 🥭 🤤
WOw if we could only see the product without being dizzy! Camera person is a ditz!
Si la Michoacána Los Angeles area
they look good why not
I wonder if he would ship to Pittsburgh! They have dry ice I'm sure it would keep....maybe
probably easier to make it yourself , us Mexicans been doing it for years
Check w ur local Mexican plug. He knows where they sell em already there!!!
If they roast the corn on a grill.. Ill believe it's fresh.
Presumably Comes from a can. 😬
They look so dam good gotta stop in there soon"
Some of y’all never heard of Mateo’s
This isn’t new. They have them everywhere even in California. It’s a regular thing 💁🏽
This would be amazing from watching people eat it to the ingredients. Very nice to see some one do it right. Any real icecream man shop I know his clothes always matches his shop some way some how it did. Put this on nasa that be fresh. Hopefully business stays booming for him and his other partners. That’s a hold on hunny shop.slams the brakes.e Few bucks in your pocket your good to go. If you dont do the icecream dance when you walk I. Your doing it wrong. Shout out to pops. All natural nice. Have a good day to all.
OMG
How to make chostick from the beginning up tothe end
omg spa bars
Its weird that people in the comments are bothered by these being offered in the suburbs. Not everyone lives in the hood or even wants to go to the hood lol. I’m always happy to see hood culture and creativity expand and be appreciated everywhere. It’s not like he’s going to the hood and shutting down the paleta man to build his shop. SMH some people are just haters lol
@0:58 Omg how many did that beluga sized customer eat?
so frozen juice and frozen milk
nothing new😒😐
