Thanks again for your easy recipes. I made the baked spaghetti last night for my meal prep for work, And oh my, it was delicious. I didn't have garlic bread or biscuits, but I did have a package of Parkerhouse style rolls. They make the best copy cat Olive Garden bread sticks, and so easy to make.
Thanks Valerie for all you do to provide great content. Never apologize for sharing your family stories. We love getting a glimpse of the people we enjoy watching!❤️
So Valerie since your family all lives right there are you on a bunch of land that your family owns. That is really nice if you are. Keeping family close is nice. My family we all live about 45min from one another, different counties but all in Va. so where do you live as I hear a heavy accent (country). We eat mostly chicken an I always looking for new easy recipes, slow cooker, dump an go, casseroles.
You’ve got babies to take care of along with everything else. I’ve been there but mine are grown now. I still watch and enjoy your videos/recipes. Thank you Valerie:) You can never have enough recipes!!
Yummy recipes Valerie! Our fave meal is baked chicken thighs. I use skinless, boneless & dredge them in flour, garlic powder, marjoram, paprika,. Then I melt half butter, half canola oil in a sheet pan. Don’t skimp! I coat both sides of the chicken generously with the butter sauce & bake them at 350-375 F for an hour or so. Thighs are so forgiving, doesn’t matter. The coating is soooo delicious- be generous with it. I serve with either mashed potatoes or roasted red potatoes. My hubby loves it! If you have enough butter sauce in the pan, I make a gravy with more flour & milk!
Hi Valerie👋👋👋 Everything you shared looks so good, I’m definitely gonna try several of them😋 TYFS and I hope you have a blessed week my sweet friend🙏♥️💫✨👼🏻✨💫♥️🙏
It's funny, I just got a carton of cottage cheese that looked like your carton of sour cream. My cottage cheese was mostly liquid and when I stirred it, there were a few curds. I fished out enough curds to put on my applesauce but it's still mostly liquid. But instead of throwing it out, I'm going to use it in cooking and baking when I need extra liquid. I've seen loose sour cream before but not to the extreme of yours. Usually it's just a layer of liquid on top and it can be stirred in. But if you don't take it back to the store or haven't thrown it away, you can use it for extra creaminess instead of adding water. These things happen occasionally and I'm glad I could use mine, even if it wasn't for the original purpose. Enjoyed the recipes!
I love it all, but use a lot of chicken and beef. Your recipes are very yummy, don't think I've ever seen you repeat the same one more than once, you always seem to have new ones to offer. They all look great and can't wait to make them. Thank you so much for sharing, and I hope you have a very blessed week.😁
Chicken thighs are really economical, as well as drumsticks. Would love to see you experiment with some of those in your recipes. My favorite casserole is lasagna, made with ground beef. Love your chit chat, and so glad you are able to share these meals with your dad and sister. I've often wondered how your little family of 4 could eat 13 x 9 casseroles?!
Hi Valerie! I love all your recipes! Thank you for sharing them. It helps us to stay out of the rut of eating the same foods over and over again. I had a brand new container of sour cream that looked just like your watery one. I called the company and they told me that's what happens when it freezes, so the grocery store probably had it to cold. They sent me a coupon for some free ones. Have a wonderful day!
