Makes sense when you think about it.
We didn't start to wear clothes until the ice age. So we had sun exposure daily on our bodies. We didn't stay in our caves and wooden houses from 9am to 5pm aka desk jobs. We were out looking for food and trying to survive.

What’s this fetishization with being a caveman? That life was genuinely not enjoyable. Pretending like not knowing wether you’ll have food day to day, not have a home or having to wipe your ass with grass & leaves is cool or awesome is such a naive mindset

Since then, I've had about 9 more tests, and have only been able to get my levels up to the 60+ range through supplementing with over 10k per day.
