Doing a bandwidth speed test would provide your viewers real upload and download data to compare at different locations, such as right at repeater and then in room that was having signal difficulty.
I came here looking for a setup video for this extender and I recognized your face from your other videos and I said, yup this is the guy I want to help me! Thanks! You were brought into my life for all types of wisdom!
I just bough it. Didn’t work for me. 😢. Once I get step 8 it keeps saying no internet and I get stuck there. I also, paper instructions says to turn of mobile data. I did. Nothing. Video says to turn on airplane mode, I did. Nothing. Contacted company. They’re supposedly will refund me but now they say I have to buy a more expensive one, over 80 bucks. Very disappointed here.
I just baught this today. wifi signal is 50mbps..... the extender is only 15 feet from my router... the signal is only 8mbps. It just doesnt extend my signal at all and actually is weaker. sending back to amazon.
I use one but it’s sending the internet to my pc it didn’t come with wireless but mines a nerger or however it’s spelled but I would recommend one for that to or run Ethernet
I'm looking for my internet to reach my detached garage and am wondering if this works for that as well. Internet reaches to the garage roll-up door, but only a couple of feet inside the garage.
We actually liked this one, but we recently upgraded to a new extender. We bought Eero brand. Our demands got too high for this one in the video. Eero is more expensive, but it does exceptional. If you don’t have a lot of demand and it’s fairly close, the one in this video works good.
It’s rare that we do a review and don’t continue to like it, but this one didn’t last long. It might would work if you’re not having to send a signal far and you don’t have any obstructions like walls. We ended up buying Eero brand a few months ago. It come recommended by a internet installer for a large company. He was right. It was more expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for right? Lol

you know thats a weird thing to say, right? "You were brought into my life..." thats weird
This worked so good in my home… I have full Wi-Fi in home nd was trying to get Wi-Fi to my shed like 50ft away this actually worked !!!
have you tested the max range that the wifi will still work?
@@sethwhite4698I’m also wondering this as I’m doing something similar with my shed
Thr extender is supposed to be moved HALF WAY between your router and the area of poor connection, not right beside the router.
On Amazon it says to plug it in within view of the router.
Only for setup. After that, move to halfway point
Good point. Thanks for this tidbit of information before I buy it.
😂
Skipped all the main parts🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
I connect to the device and it wont let me get onto the part to set my wifi up to it

Same here. Did you ever find one that works?
you skipped the hardest part, my laptop and phone wont pull up the website if its cause the extendeder isn’t connected to wifi
Turn on airplane mode
Forgot to mention I tried it via phone and laptop but the results were the same.
Resetting it? I did. Tried again, nothing.

Mine is 133; 75 without extender to my front room; I tried this extender, it maxed out at 27 mbps over 10 tries. I sent it back.

Can you by a second one and put it too other side of the house. Have you tried moving the extender to other places to see if it work better?🤔
Does it really need no be connected to the nearest outlock?
How do you sign in two the extender without losing the connection on the router
I still can’t get mines to work🤦🏾♂️
it says my password is invalid when i try to connect which makes no sense bc i only have one password & i know for a fact it's right , idk what to do

I would have moved it further away so it extends !
You should have show how the internet connected before and after the extender was connected
Which brand is that?
