      Some other examples:
      1. Perhaps/ maybe : These two words are used for saying that you are not certain about something or that something may or may not be true.
Perhaps is more formal and is used in writing while may be more in spoken English.
      2. Apparently is used when you are saying is based on what you have heard, not on what you know is true and therefore fact.
Apparently, she resigned because she had an argument with her boss.
      3. As far as I know/ as far as I am sure- these two expression are used when you have partial (incomplete) knowledge of an issue or fact.

I found all your videos Emma but I have been toing and froing through the list. My friend suggested me to watch the syllable stress lesson but I was still in two minds. I wanted to put feelers out to see what my other friends think about it. I was in a great quandary. My mother advised to sleep on it. Tomorrow I was on the fence, as I spent the time talking to my sister. Then finally I chose two videos and asked my brother about it, he told me the Jury was still out. It remained to be unseen that day. My sister said I was chopping and changing the two days. Finally I watched the 13 Idioms video on uncertainty. We had a competition between me and my friend the judge said it could go either way. The judge had second thoughts to draw the competition but at last minute he got cold feet and let us both win.
That was all from my side.. If any mistakes please let me know.
    Thanks

Yes Mum. I HAD been in quandary. When i used to be at 3rd years of my college heading to last.. And here was the challange I had got an offer, from international oil field company calls by schlumberger, which had over 80K employees in overwhelming majority in world continent, i had no choice to stay in college due to unstable and davasting situation in syria, however, yearns to be an ecadamic graduated is definitly crucial, well i went through second option, and since then have been working with SLB,
Thanks for your efforts and informative online classes
    SALAM.

That definitely sounds like a quandary! Here are a few corrections: "When I was in my third year of college and heading into my last..." ✔️ "I had no choice but to stay in college due to the unstable and devastating situation in Syria. However, the yearning to be an academic graduate is definitely crucial." ✔️

Hi Emma. Thanks for your amazing videos, you are really clear when you speak. I really like how you organise your online lessons, I think they are really useful because of the examples that make learners understand how to use the rules. However I wanted to ask you if you can make other videos in which you cook, I really appreciated the chocolate mousse. I hope you can do other videos like that. Thank you so much
    Michela
