I love how Emma is performing each phrase as if she’s teaching a drama class. It really helps us to learn how to use these phrases. I’ve been a learner of english for 30 odd years with English being my first language in singapore. I’ve never known the subtleties and nuances of such expressions until this video. Great work, Emma! Love your English classes.

Today dad brought a new laptop for me. I was very excited to use it but the condition was that I have to share it with my brother. I said ,' Really 😒'. It annoyed me and the teasing expressions of my brother annoyed me more. I said "I m not happy with your expeessons so just stop it". But he continued " I m fed up with your attitude." Next day when dad was out I asked him for laptop for my online classes but at that time he didn't give me and after sometimes he gave but I was messes with it and said " forget it,I used my phone . I have had it with it. You keep it with yourself and stop irritating me."

As a student who is doing A/L this year, I fancy you! Today was significantly beautiful day because of you. I have no idea to thank you my dear teacher! Thank you very much! One day at university, me and my friend decided to study together for our final exam. I planned for the materials and books, and I was prepared and excited. So, in the next day when I met her she told me we couldn't study together that day, because she was tired. And I was like you have got to be kidding me!

I have to pay attention to my emotions, body language, facial expression - such is my conclusion after this lesson. Moreover you presented, Emma, quite a few of interesting phrases and expressions I knew little to no of them, - for example: " Give me a break". A highly instructive and useful lesson. It seems you know my Achilles' heel in the scope of English language. I didn't have even one English lesson at my school and University years at all being a student. But nothing is lost. Perhaps I will make it and include also English into my repertoire. My greetings Emma.

    Hey how are things?
Sorry, I have been busy doing University work, but here I am again, willing to go straight to advance and beyond. My dream is to become a primary English teacher and your material is being such a good help for improving my English skills and becoming more natural.
Honestly, I am not impressed by one friend of mine because he is very obnoxious, he thinks he is the strongest boy in the whole planet and he is strong but it feels to me that is disrespectful because he looks down on other people and it's a bit disgusting, but there's nothing I can do, he is happy treating people that way.
Emma, thank you very much for this new lesson, you are a great teacher.
    Hope you are alright
    Hugs ❤❤💖
