Suggestion I would use a belt sander if you have one. Removes paint much faster. I would also use flat black spray it dries fast. Great video and design.

Great design. Need to also try the scroll of this. BTW, you can get a very nice texture look by hogging out the background with a 60 or 90 degree bit after outlining with you CNC bit.

The bit you used? what was the angle? the wider and deeper I would suppose would cause it to drift and pull out of line. Narrow bits 15° or 20° maybe more suitable. The mill bits work better as the are the same at the end and they cut great.

I use the narrowest CNC bit to outline. That works for me.
