8:48 Spiderman 2099 is an antagonist, antagonist doesn’t always just mean ‘villain’ it can also mean, a person in the plot who disagrees (or tries to stop the protagonist) from reaching their main goal
You forgot to mention the prowler's (uncle Aaron's) past (it is mentioned that he was a petty criminal when he was younger)
"Aaron Davis was a burglar and career criminal. His brother used to be his partner in crime. Whereas his brother reformed when he became a father, Aaron continued his criminal activities as the Prowler and became estranged from his brother."
Kingpin's biggest crime is the fact that his neck is non existant.

I feel like the fact that half of the Spider-People in the first movie were children should have factored into lengthier charges for the people who tried to kill them.

Okay but the Spot getting attempted mass murder is a bit of a stretch. The building collapsing was the result of his mendling with the collider, but it was the collider not him. "Murder" needs an intent to be named as such. His intention was to get the power and leave to fight Spider-Man. He does destroy many stuff but didn't "try" to kill anyone... yet. Heck he even "evacuated" all the staff from the collider room (probably just so noone would try to stop him, but still, could be a defence at court) The best he should be charged here was the "attempted manslaughter"...? Neglegance? Dunno, probably doesn't change much as he's still an eldritch horror-like floating scribble now set on taking everything from Miles... but we'll see.
Even though The Spot got a death penalty. You gotta remember that he pretty much can’t die, because in the comics he supposedly dies but then is back in the next one
Miles made a immortal villain, and to think this all could of been avoided if him and the rest paid attention to their surroundings and I mean that what got Kingpins family killed and Miles's Peter paid the price
To be honest, I think Kingpin should have also gotten a death sentence. This is because he almost destroyed the entire multiverse, killed MULTIPLE people, and the Spot used to work for him, which is why he even became more evil than he already was! In fact, I think getting arrested should have not been his fate in the movie. What I think should have happened is this. Do you remember when right before the Supercollider blew up, after Miles pushed the button, it started sucking all of the multiversal stuff back into it? I think what should have happened to Kingpin is that he should have got sucked into it, and we would never know what happened to him. Maybe he ended up in another dimension where he would have gotten arrested, but eventually would keep glitching and disappear forever since he is in the wrong dimension, maybe he would have gotten blown apart and killed, we would just never know what happened to him.
Miguel is neither a werewolf or a vampire. He's likely the most spiderlike of all the Spider-People. He's got fangs like spiders do and his talons bring to mind that web-weaving spiders have claws in addition to the specialized hairs that let them climb. The whole ninja vampire thing was just a joke since Miguel is a unique Spider-Person.
That’s also why he injected himself with what appeared to be spider venom, right?
@@supersonic1991 I'm not sure what that was about. It's possible it was to help with his Rapture problem. I don't know enough about Miguel to know if his DNA splicing with a spider's fixed that problem.
Plus he injected himself with Parkers blood from time he was still alive so he's part of the Parker family in a way plus he got the powers of a spider that doesn't have spider sense but I think he can fix that with bit of splicing and a whole lot of protocols in case things go wrong to stop him should he get out of control or if he's dying without a successor to the Spider-Man legacy
But still no one lives him😅

I’m going to sentence Miguel’s crimes as I think he’s done more than what you said and here they are:
First degree attempted murder: Miguel nearly kills Vulture: Life
False imprisonment: Miguel falsely imprisons Miles and Captain Stacey: two life
Assault: Miguel throws a desk at Miles: five years in jail
Causing a riot: Miguel gets the entire Spider society to capture so we will give him the maximum sentence: ten years
Dictatorship: Miles is right this is dictating, Miguel fails to release that he is taking everyone’s free will just because he thinks that every story has to be the same or else suffer the collapse of spider verse so we will give him a life sentence: life
Harassment: Miguel tells Miles that he is an anomaly and he doesn’t belong here so he will get six months: six months
Misconduct of his power: Miguel goes after Miles and heavily assaults him: life
Coercion: Miguel tries to force Miles to stay as well as kicking Gwen out of the group because he views her as a liability so he will get ten years: ten years
Stalking: Miguel leads a group of Spider-Men to Miles’s house: six months
25 years and twelve months and four life sentences
