    What that man said at the end of this video about investing money into business property's instead of jewelry was the best message I've heard in a very long time.

      Buying solid gold is an investment too though. You can resell your jewelry

    • @zoneworldentertainment8962
      @zoneworldentertainment8962 3 роки тому +32

      @@SammyxSweetheart.02 Buying solid gold is not the same as buying gold jewelry. The part you forgot to mention is that when people resell the jewelry, they usually resell it for a lot less money than what they paid for it. When people buy real estate property and renovate it, they can resell it for double or triple the amount that they paid for it. Buying land, and real estate property is a much better investment than buying jewelry.

    • @SammyxSweetheart.02
      @SammyxSweetheart.02 3 роки тому +4

      @@zoneworldentertainment8962 Jewelry and property isnt even a equal comparison. The price of gold always fluctuates, so you can still get your money back and more depending on how the stock market is. Buying jewelry with diamonds is a bad investment, but solid gold by itself is.

    • @zoneworldentertainment8962
      @zoneworldentertainment8962 3 роки тому +13

      @@SammyxSweetheart.02 Yes you are right about jewelry and land property not being a good comparison because jewelry is a want and land property is a need. Everyone needs land to live on and that is exactly why I loved that message at the end of this video so much.

      The Haitian people as a mass are really new arrivals in the area so it's not like there's a long history in the community. As a community other Caribbean groups have been here far longer. When I was a kid there was no Lil Haiti. As a matter of fact the Caribbean groups most represented were Bahamians and Cubans. The area has changed though from the 60s and 70s when I was there.

    I’m a white man bro. Met my wife here, we lived off NE 2nd Ave and 58th Street.
    Truth be told this is not one of the most dangerous neighborhoods ever. My wife taught my Spanish ass how to enjoy the Haitian culture. The best woman that ever came into my life. I lived down south in Kendall Miami all my life till I met her.
    The worst that happened here in Lil Haiti was Zoe Pound, and that got dissolved back in the late 90s. Chef Creole is still the shit tho.
    I know most people won’t believe me.
    But little Haiti is one of the places to be at, the most humble people, the hardest workers, ever known to man, trust me you cannot go wrong here.

But I also learnt the racist culture the Hispanic people was maybe still involved in. I visited DR many times and witnessed the interactions between Haitians and Dominicans, its not as bad as some say. They're both very hot headed people that will never back down from a fight so that's how alot of issues escalate to blood shed. Besides that we have alot of similarities.

      HELLO THIS IS THE....ROYAL TEAM. DENSKY TEAM.GOD,HOLY SPIRIT,JESUS SIDE. THE MESSAGE IS (GIVE YOUR LIFE TO (GOD). AND BE (SINCERE) ABOUT IT. BECAUSE (HELL) IS REAL YALL. ITS HOT AND YOU CANT BREATH, THERES GIANT DEMONS RIPPING PEOPLE APARTS , ITS THE COLOR IS ORANGE THATS HOW HOT IT IS . I SAW IT. GOD SHOWED IT TO ME. PEOPLE GETTING DEVOURED BY DEMEONS THATS ABOUT 9 FEET TALL AND LOOKS LIKE (GORO) OF MOTO COMBAT.....ITS REAL YALL. (THE ROAD TO HELL IS SHORT.....BUT THE ROAD TO HEAVEN IS WAY LONGER....YOU GOTTA DO RIGHT (CONSISTENTLY) WITHOUT STOPING. ITS EASY TO GO TO HELL, BUT ITS HARDER TO GO TO HEAVEN....THIS IS WHY WE HAVE MORE EVIL THEN GOOD. (THE PATH TO RIGHTIOUSNESS IS SO NARROW , ONLY A FEW CAN FOLLOW. (BUT IF YOU KNEW HOW HELL WAS, AND HOW GOOD GOD WAS TO YOU, YOU WOULD NEVER TAKE IT FOR GRANTED. TORMENT IS REAL. DONT WAIT TILL ITS TO LATE. THERES NO COMING BACK. I SAW IT MYSELF. JUST SO I CAN SHARE WITH U . BUT HE MADE ME WROTE MY NAME ON THE (BOOK OF LIFE) REAL DREAM. (DONT LET NO ONE MAKE YOU DO EVIL...FOR THAT IS FALLS FRIEND.......BECAUSE YOURE BY YOUR SELF TO FIND THE KINGDOM . OR ITS HELL FOR YOU... REPENT NOW......(HAVE A TRUE RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD.) LET YOURE HEART TRUELY BE....AS THE ACT,WORK AND KINDNESS YOU SHOW FOR GOD...BECAUSE THE ENEMY IS AMONG. DO NOT SERVE TWO MASTER. FOR (GOD IS A JEALOUS GOD.) CHOOSE WISELY. MAY YOU FIND THE LIGHT ....AND HAVE A TRUE RELATIONSHIP WITH (GOD) THE (HOLY SPIRIT) AND JESUS...THEY ARE ONE (ONE) TOGETHER. ..THATS THE PATH TO HEAVEN.......BECAUSE HELL IS THE DEFINITION OF (TO LATE)...BLESS YOU ALL.
