Surfing San Juanico (Scorpion Bay)

We are FINALLY going surfing after not surfing for six long weeks!! We took all the surf gear off our boat and packed it into our car and drove off. The drive was easy when we were on the highway but Google Maps took us onto a horribly small and rocky road.We drove along this road for two hours until we connected with a bitumen road. As it turns out this was the road we should have been on the whole time, but Google Maps took us on the wrong road!! When we finally got to San Juanico it was FLAT!! We slept on the beach with nothing but our air mattresses. The next day was small and not worth videoing. But on the next day there was finally waves. The waves were hip to shoulder high and super fun! We went to bed super early that night and woke up at 4:45am to go and surf. We paddled out at sunrise and had a nice session, the last of the trip. We left after having four days of surf, even though it was smallish! Not bad!
