    I was having trouble getting deep sleep and I started doing breathwork right before sleeping. It's really helped me to fall asleep, hope this helps anyone! 💙

      I agree! The simple sleep exercises used in the Headspace sleep videos work VERY well in helping me relax and get a better nights sleep.

    Thank you. Very useful and I have shared with my friends. I have problems going back to sleep when I wake up during the night and the short headspace UA-cam vids with music and soothing voice really help me drop back off.

    Doesn't help for insomnia caused by conditions like fibromyalgia. You either take meds to get some sleep, and feel like a zombie in the morning, or go cold tutkey, and are still chewing the blankets at 4am. My main REM sleep appears to be 5 - 8am, and if I wake in the middle of a dream, I sometimes ease into wakefulness peacefully, or my body trembles and shakes, it's a crap shoot as to which it's going to be🙄🙄

    All the sleep hygiene advice is useless for the soooo many of us with post menopausal sleep maintenance insomnia. We are NOT napping during the day (please distinguish between the retired/elderly who CAN nap and the rest of is 'older adults' who don't have time/opportunity to nap). 3-4 nights per week I wake about 2:30am an I'll be unable to go back to sleep for (pretty consistently) 3 hours by which stage it's almost time to get up. No useful advice or help provided in almost 20 years of this so I had to quit work
