    As someone who does the 3 hour demos, i agree that it's high pressure. You usually dont spend that long unless they are actually interested and trying to find a way to make it affordable

    Thank you Adam for this great video, I took away some great ideas for my own sales process, specifically about the asking of discovery questions and giving them a voice. I have found that being genuine with homeowners is the best and only way to go.

    Just eMail the damn detailed line-by-line item estimate for chissakes.
    Don’t:
    Worry about “insurance”.
    Try to force a contingency.
    Figure out ways to obfuscate & cook-the-books via vague ambiguous semantical contractual bait-&-switch & omissions.
    Let the devil-in-the-details & your specific well outlined estimate “WIN” the “incredible sales experience”.
    Why?
    Because at the end of the day it doesn’t matter whether there’s an insurance claim or not it all comes down to:
    * THE NUMBERS,
    * detailed line-item products,
    * contingencies for unforeseen issues,
    * commitment to exactly what’s written down in the contract augmented with a built-in Non-performance clause @25% for failure to honour the contract penalty.
    It’s easy - be like Matthew 6:4-6
    JUST DO IT!!.
